"We rented the entire apartment for our family of 5. It was very spacious and clean. Antonella was very nice and prompt in meeting us at the apartment and answering any questions that we had about the apartment. The town was very nice. The water in Introdacqua was very fresh from the mountains. Having the washer available was great. Although we enjoyed seeing where the locals used to wash their clothes in town. We had a wonderful dinner at a local pizzeria. The townspeople were very nice and welcoming. My only complaint about this apartment is that you had to drive to the next town to pick up any basic grocery supplies needed for your stay. It would be nice if Antonella included a "welcome basket" to tide you over for the first mornings breakfast. Other than that everything was great and we would recommend!"

My family and I spent one week at Antonella's B&B, which we rented as an apartment (an option). We were 6 people. The apartment was wonderful: 3 large bedrooms and 2 nice bathrooms, both with showers and one with a bathtub (perfect for us since we have two small children). The kitchen, the central space of the apartment, is comfortable and well equipped. The balcony off the kitchen has a view of the bell tower of one of the town's churches; the balconies off the larger bedroom have an expansive view of the valley, including the Gran Sasso peak in the distance; and the balconies off the smaller bedroom (whose ceiling is beautifully painted) look out over geraniums pots onto the street. Although it was hot outside, we were cool in the apartment, which is bright but airy. It does not have a living room, but the kitchen has some comfortable chairs and serves the same function. We loved the apartment, which is especially well designed for two families since the kitchen separates the two "wings" of the apartment. We could not believe how such a beautiful place could be so inexpensive. The town of Introdacqua is also a wonderful place to be. It is small but has two very good restaurants and coffee bars, as well as two playgrounds. It still has local traditions, and we were lucky enough to be there for the "corpus domini" procession. Furthermore, Introdacqua is the perfect location for visiting other parts of the L'Aquila province, although best in a car. We ventured to Scanno, scaled the Majella mountain, and visited Pettorano sul Gizio and Sulmona. It would also be a perfect place to stay while skiing in the Appenines. I would highly recommend Antonella's B&B and Introdacqua to anyone who loves Italy or who has family in Abruzzo, as we do. It is lovely, inexpensive, comfortable, and convenient. We will most certainly stay there on our next trip. Antonella is also an excellent hostess, friendly and helpful.

What a great apartment. Plenty of space and everything you could ever need. We really enjoyed the snow and were able to go to the nearby ski fields. Antonella was most welcoming. We felt safe and really enjoyed our time in Introdacqua.

House is clean, spacious and well equipped, and Antonella was very helpful, and friendly. The village is small and very picturesque, and the locals at Bar Centrale very friendly. We had a great 5 days, and would be happy to return.

"Top marks to Senora Antonella. The house was an absolute gem - typically Italian complete with frescoes on the bedroom ceiling. We were sorry that we could only spend one night there."

"We found the apartment to be very clean and had everything we needed. The apartment itself is in an ideal location, close to all shops and two local bars. The owner of the apartment were extremely kind and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Introdacqua is a beautiful place and we had some great views from the apartment balconies. Staying here in Introdacqua was like stepping back in time, it was so peaceful and lazy! Go, you'll love it!"
