We hear it all the time: Location, Location, Location! This renovated 1 BR condo is in the perfect location to enjoy Park City in all seasons. The simple and modern decor and the FULLY stocked kitchen will help you focus on your Park City vacation goals, whether skiing at any of the 3 world-class resorts that are a free bus-ride away, or biking/hiking some of the most amazing trails in the summer, you will feel right at home. And, being on the MAIN level floor means NO stairs or elevators which is quite nice when bringing in those skis, bikes, hiking boots, or groceries!
The bedroom is beautifully furnished with double french doors that allow privacy from the living room at night, but bring in open space and natural light during the day. Enjoy a great night's sleep on a brand new Queen mattress with comfy, clean bedding and pillows (mattress is a little firm for owner's preference, but the extra egg crate in the closet softens it right up). Bedroom includes a flat screen TV with cable. The bedroom now also includes a modern vanity with sink! Great for guests that have 2 or more people!
The extra large bathroom has a large tub and shower, with a beautiful stone vanity as well as an additional vanity and mirror so no fighting over the mirror or electrical outlets! The bathroom has a hair dryer, straightner, soap, and basic produts if you forget something.
The living room is modern and simple giving plenty of space to relax and talk about your exciting Park City day. It includes a flat panel TV with cable, as well as a modern couch that can extend into a full-size futon. The condo includes a new double air mattress. Coin-operated laundry is located on the same floor and just down the hall.
The kitchen is FULLY-stocked for feeding 4 people. The new appliances include a full-sized refrigerator and stove, along with a dishwasher, microwave, and all of the small appliances you'll need such as a coffee pot, toaster, etc. Plus, since we use the apartment and LOVE to cook, when you arrive you will find many of the 'basic' items you need before running to the store. You'll have dish soap, paper products, basic cooking condiments, etc.
The FREE Park City Transit Bus system runs year-round and can take you everywhere and anywhere you'd like to go. The THREE world-class ski resorts (Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley, and The Canyons) are a free bus ride away; the Olympic Park, Sundance Film Festival Theaters, Kimball Arts Center, Historic Main Street and all of the shops and restaurants, Park City Golf Course, NewPark Shopping area, etc., are all accessible on the free bus that runs 3-4 times per hour in all seasons. However, if you do choose to bring a car, there is plenty of FREE, easy self-parking either above or below ground.
We LOVE using this apartment ourselves and want your Park City vacation to be the best it can be! While ensuring that the condo will be spotless and comfortable for your stay, we are 'locals' that are happy to provide recommendations for anything you may need.

I've lived in SLC for the last 10 years after growing up on the East Coast. I work hard and play hard all over the Wasatch and Rocky Mountains so finally decided to buy my own mountain play condo!

We are very happy to have stayed at Amy´s house. Very warm and fast communication with Amy.
The appartment is cosy and fits best for a couple (even though we have been 3 and it worked also).
Location is very convinient and close to Marriot Hotel (with Ski Rental) and the shuttle bus.
Would definetly stay again.
We stayed at Amy's for two nights and had a wonderful stay. It was the perfect size for two people and was conveniently located to main street and other activities we were interested in.
This condo was clean and comfortable. Four adults shared it for 3 nights and it was fine. It was right on the free bus line and it was easy to get anywhere. Main Street was only 5 minutes away. Plenty of parking above and below ground. No AC, but it was cool enough opening the windows at night and using the fan. Of course, it was noisier at night with the windows open, mainly with the bus going by until midnight.
We went to the Olympic Park, which was a lot of fun, and into the Uintas for a hike. The condo was in a good location for both. There are 2 small grocery stores within walking distance, but they were both closed when we went to them. The better bet is Smiths up toward Kimball Junction.
Overall, a very nice visit. The owners were great and quick to respond.
Everything was perfect! The location, the price, and the condo itt's self. I'm so lucky to have found it and at such short notice. I didn't want to leave. It was great!
The Carriage House location is excellent for skiing Park City, Canyons, and Deer Valley. It is quite close to downtown Park City. Two grocery stores are located within 5 minutes of the property as is the Utah State Liquor store. There is a convenient bus stop adjacent to the property which provides access the ski areas and downtown. The underground parking is an added plus and was easy to access through a back door to the Carriage House building. The Carriage House has a large indoor hot tub and an outdoor heated pool. The unit itself has a very well stocked kitchen with ample plates, cups, bowls, and glasses for 4 people. The kitchen also has very good knives for food preparation. The bathroom is spacious given the overall size of the unit. The futon is comfortable for sleeping as well as the bed. I would recommend this unit and I would stay in this unit again.
