'Heritage' (Flat 4) is a 3rd floor apartment recently refurbished to a very high standard, comfortable and cosy but with all mod cons. It commands magnificent views in both directions; over the harbour and Lyme Bay to the West, and the Jurassic coast towards Portland to the East. One double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and sitting room TV, Video and DVD, music system, central heating. All rooms have sea view. In front of the property there is a large communal lawn for use of Pier Terrace tenants only. Dedicated parking is available adjacent to the lawn. You can reach the beach, shop and pub within 1 minute.
Peak season is mid May to mid September. During that time we would not normally take bookings of less than 7 nights. Friday to Friday. Exceptionally for late bookings we would consider shorter stays.
Out of peak season there is a 4 night minimal charge of 70% of the weekly rate and for 5 nights 80%. 6 nights would be at the full weekly rate. H&A show rates for 4, 5 and 6 night stays incorrectly as they assume a pro rata rate. Therefore for stays of less then 7 days there will be a supplement payable in cash on arrival to make the total cost up to the 70% or 80% or 100% intended. On requesting a stay of less then 7 nights or a stay that straddles 2 weeks I will reply to your request rapidly to clarify exactly what the cost will be. The cost for 7 Night stays starting on a Friday are always as shown on the website. Also out of peak season different change over days are possible - please ask
Since 2016 unlimited WIFI in the apartment - NO CHARGE!
