Beautiful, elegant, timeless, historic home in the heart of Lexington. Absolutely loved the place!

This home exceeded our expectations by a mile! It was very stately with huge windows and doors. Great parking for 2-3 vehicles plus can park on street. Upstairs bathrooms and bedrooms were a beautiful sanctuary

BEAUTIFUL RENOVATED CENTRALLY LOCATED HOME

  • 5 of 5

Extremely clean, warm, comfortable home that housed my family the week after Christmas. Sufficient square footage to give everyone ample space, with a burning wood fireplace that made for cozy days. The owner left suggested restaurants on the desk within walking distance, which we did enjoy.

Two thermostats allowed for upstairs vs downstair temperature settings, there was always sufficient hot water for 7 people and the washing machine.

Note that the home is down the street from the fire department, so there are sirens often but they pass quickly. The photos of the pool table on the website are out in the garage which is not attached to the house, so you must get the space heated before spending time out there.

Parking is only on the street as the shared driveway is too small for anything other than a small car.

The owner offers to answer any calls during your stay, as he is enthusiastic to make you comfortable. Be sure to make a detailed grocery list before driving to the neighborhood grocery, as we were without a few minor things such as dishwasher detergent.

Checkout was easy.

We loved staying here and will stay here again the next time we are in Lexington. Lovely, lovely comfortable home.

And a good time was had by all

  • 5 of 5

Three couples that regularly travel together. Home was terrific base of operations to enjoy Keeneland and travel the Bourbon Trail. Convenient to downtown. We walked to dinner at very good Lexington restaurants on two nights. Several competitive games of pool were enjoyed in the game room. Home was spotless and nicely appointed. Gregory, our host, was friendly and accommodating.

We had several out of town wedding guests staying downtown and this property allowed us to entertain as well as using it for the bride and her bridesmaids for pre-wedding dressing and pictures. We loved it!!!

Beautiful home just blocks away from vibrant nightlife of Lexington

  • 5 of 5

Excellent stay and experience. My friends and I were visiting the bourbon trail. This property made a great home base. Just blocks from great restaurants and bars in Lexington we were able to enjoy ourselves throughly after a long day on the trail. The house was comfortable clean and had three and a half bathrooms. This made it easy for 6 adults to get ready in a hurry for a day out on the trail. The kitchen was great, sporting a wolf range, which made making a restaurant quality steak dinner for 6 a snap. The man cave with the pool table outback was a very popular hangout. Overall, this home helped make our trip one to remember.

Great home, Great location

  • 5 of 5

Went for a long weekend to do some distillery tours and spend some time in Lexington. Home was very well appointed and suited our needs well. Game room in the detached garage was a nice area to hang out at. In a beautiful area of older homes. Within walking distance of just about anything you would want to do in downtown. The owner was very responsive, helpful, and provided some great recommendations. Highly recommend this home.
