Peace and serenity in the heart of Kaanapali. Kaanapali Royal is a unique asset to Maui's most extensive resort. Situated in beautiful Kaanapali, Kaanapali Royal is comprised of seven acres of lush landscaping, and fronts the 16th fairway of the Royal Kaanapali Golf Course, home of the PGA Senior Skins Tournament. The location not only offers seclusion, but also easy access to beautiful white-sand Kaanapali Beach, two golf courses, Whalers Village which is renowned for its excellent shopping and restaurants, and is just minutes from historic Old Lahaina Town.

This spacious top floor (B-303) 1840 square foot, air-conditioned condominium, has a large lanai with a wet bar, a fully equipped kitchen with a separate dining area, two bedrooms (top floor master), two bathrooms, and sleeps 4-6. The master bedroom has a king-size bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The living room sofa opens into a queen-size bed.

Situated amidst lush tropical gardens, the property has two lighted tennis courts, a large pool with spa, and barbecues.

This unit comes fully furnished with everything but the suntan!

Kaanapali Royal is located at 2560 Kekaa Drive on the west side of Maui. From Kahului Airport, take Highway 380 (Dairy Road) to Highway 30 West (Honoapiilani Highway) and exit at Kaanapali Parkway. On Kaanapali Parkway, turn right on Kekaa Drive and go up the hill. Turn right at the top of the hill. The entrance to Kaanapali Royal is the second driveway on the right. The driving time is about 45 minutes.

Kahului Airport is served from many mainland cities and receives numerous flights daily from Honolulu. All major rental car companies have locations at the airport.

Kaanapali Royal does not have elevators. There are 13 steps to the front door and another 13 to the top floor master bedroom.

Location, Location, Location!

A short walk to the Beach and Whalers Village, but none of the noise and foot traffic of being Oceanfront.

After a day at the beach or sightseeing, return to the peace and quiet of the pool. Never crowded, beautifully maintained tile pool. Sit in the shade under your own palm tree, or sun in the grassy area adjacent to the 20 yard pool.

What makes this condo unique

Being on the top floor, the only sounds we hear are those of the afternoon trades. With 1,600 interior square feet, vaulted ceilings, and a 350 square foot Lanai, there is plenty of space when you need to get out of the Maui Sun.

Your condo was perfect for us -- very clean, comfortable, and extremely relaxing (with a great view). The pool and the hot tub were great -- perfect for our family -- and the location is the best -- centrally located to beaches, hotels, and shopping. Highly recommend!!

Amazing for families! So Peaceful!

We just spent a week at the condo in mid September with our 2 little boys (4 and 18 months) and loved it! It was where we spent our honeymoon almost 7 years ago and it was so cool to return with our boys! It has access to all the great spots in Kaanapali and a short drive to Kapalua! We walked to Whalers and the beaches everyday and ended our afternoons at the lovely pool. It was so nice to have our master suite upstairs and the kids downstairs and we rented a bunch of toys, crib, and a stroller for our stay. We had So much space and everyone had room to roam and play, which you never get in a hotel. We ate breakfast every morning on the balcony and loved seeing the birds land on the ledge (our baby was fascinated by that)! We hit Whalers for food at Lelanlis and shopping, and then hired a babysitter to come to the condo for date nights in Kapalua - Merrimans, Cane & Canoe, and The Plantation House, all three of which we reccomend. The condos kitchen complete with standard fridge, microwave, dishes, glasses and dishwasher, and was great for lunch and so close to the little market in the walkable distance shopping center. Having all the beach gear at the condo to use for fun was so amazing too and so generous of the owners to provide that! Can't recommend it enough! Hope to go back someday! A memory for a lifetime!

Fantastic, feels like home in Paradise

Thank you for the wonderful family experience. Your place is huge and made us feel like being home in paradise instead of cooped up in a hotel.

The tips you shared were ideal, stopping at Costco on way in saved us lots of money, and the recommended stops were hits with the family. Below were highlights form our trip, but my 13 year old son said last night that the best part of our vacation was your condo. We are sad to leave today but we look forward to coming back soon.

Walking distance to the following amenities was ideal; Whaler's Village for food (a must is Joey's Kitchen opened by ex-Corp chef at Roy's, get the braised short rib) shopping, beach walk, "Drums of the Pacific" at the Hyatt, Golf, pool and hot tub, and snorkeling at Black Rock.

Being 10 minutes from Lahaina and Kapalua was incredibly convenient.

Lahaina - shopping, eating, kayaking (we saw a monk seal), Lanai boat cruise with Pacific Whale Foundation (we snorkeled with green sea turtles - they are everywhere this time of year, saw dolphins and even school of rare false killer whales), and the massive Banyan Tree.

Kapalua - snorkeling at Napili was a family favorite spot and returning to Merriman's to meet up with friends for Happy hour and sunset on perfect patio to watch sunset between Lanai and Molokai.

We did add in a drive to Hana at Black Sand Beach and Oheo pools. And if anyone want's fresh Malada's - Homemaid Bakery 10 mins from airport is the place.

After long days, coming home to your condo to relax, hit the pool and hot tub was "Da Kine". Again, Mahalo for providing the Ohana lifestyle for our most memorable trip to Maui. Aloha - Thomas

Amazing holiday

Just back from two fabulous weeks in Maui. The condo was perfect; clean, comfortable, well equipped, and had an amazing lanai. Great location, within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shopping. Can't wait to come back!

Stay in Kaanapali

Our family had a wonderful time in Maui and our stay in the condo was excellent. The condo was very clean and the carpet had just recently been cleaned. This was great because our 7th month old granddaughter was staying with us and she just started crawling. It was a perfect place for us and our son and daughter-in-law, and granddaughter because it was large enough for us to all have some privacy. Plenty of beach gear too.

The condo was within walking distance of the beach and Whaler's Village. Vivien, the condo owner, was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Paradise

A great view for coffee, lunch, or to enjoy an evening. Plenty of places to get to & see, but also a nice place with privacy to stay in and enjoy too.
