Very good location, in the center but is so quite.
A haven of peace and quiet
Claudio was a great host. He made sure to contact me on the day of arrival and waited until I arrived, despite the fact that my flight was delayed. I can highly recommend this place to anybody who is thinking of coming to stay in Pula. The location was great, very central but extremely peaceful. The bed was very comfortable and I had everything I needed in this lovely house - it is very tastefully decorated. Staying here made the visit to Pula very special. I hope to return.
Lovely Sardinian holiday!
We loved this very quaint & pretty house, which has been sympathetically renovated to include original features showing history of the house. Well situated for beaches, local history and town with cafes and restaurants etc. Claudio was the perfect host - very knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this charming little house and garden.
My sister and I stayed here for four nights last week. We were made very welcome by Claudio who showed us around and gave us lots of information on the area and activities we were interested in. He was available if we had any questions after that. The house was a great base, really well designed and perfect location next to the centre of Pula, with a fantastic bakery only 30 seconds walk away! We loved seeing the flamingos, snorkelling and relaxing at the beach, just wish we had had longer - we will be back!
Charming house in the heart of Pula
Claudio’s house is the perfect setting for a holiday in Sardinia. Its rustic charm provides an authentic feel of an Italian coastal town, just a short bike ride away from the historical Roman settlement of Nora and the lovely beaches that surround it.
Pula is busy during the day, when the rush of everyday life mixes with slow pacing tourists, and at night, locals and foreigners going out for a stroll and enjoying live music at the main square. The house is a quiet haven in the bustle of town.
I can’t recommend it enough: we were looking for a nostalgic Mediterraenean holiday and we found it in Claudio’s house.
The house is perfect for a cosy getaway for 2 and is equipped with everything you need to live!
We arrived on a wet afternoon so didn't get the best impression of Pula but soon the sun shone and all was well. The property is in a great location to stroll into the small town and very well situated to get to the number of lovely beaches within 20 to 45 minutes drive. Claudio was great throughout and gave us an in depth introduction to the house and the local area. He recommended beaches and restaurants which were all as described.
Unfortunately my wife needed to see a Doctor during our stay and Claudio was very helpful in giving us local contact details. Throughout the stay Claudio was just great and if ever there was a problem he would sort things immediately.
We had a great time despite our medical issue (always on holiday!) and really loved the beautiful beaches. Clearly a hire car is a must but the rental company were nice and the price was only £125 for 8 days in September.
There are a range of nice restaurants in Pula and plenty of variety for a week's stay.
All in all a great time and experience. Thoroughly recommend the location and this property.
