The property is well equipped and maintained by a local agent. It has an outside terrace and a very large roof solarium, equipped with tables, sun lounges, shower, large brick barbeque etc. Free Wi Fi and streaming T.V from many countries via a amazon fire stick.

Originally a fishing town, Torrevieja has preserved its unique Spanish character and charm. The European unions blue flag donating excellent beaches fly`s over Torreviaja's beautiful scenery. Torrevieja has two natural salt lakes. These surround the area creating a wonderful micro - climate producing superb all year round weather. There is an aqua park and the area contains the following; Golfing paradise, watersports, sailing, horse-riding, go-karts, ten pin bowling, night market, small fair and crazy golf. Every Friday Torrevieja boasts one of the largest markets in Spain.

There are many spectacular local fiestas, especially at Christmas, Easter, and the Moors and Christians during the summer.

Lovely villa in an excellent location

Lovely villa and well equipped, close to shops, bars and restaurants. My family enjoyed sitting out on the porch and also used the large solarium for eating and relaxing. Swimming pool was big and entertained my 8 year old, there was also a lifeguard on duty. The villa was spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect location foot us

Excellent stay. We where visiting Torrevieja with the intent of looking at properties to buy a holiday home. This was in a great location for doing just that. It's just down the road no more tha 5 mins walk to bars and restaurants, a little hub in the community. It's about a 30 minute stroll to Carrefour and also Habaneras Shopping Centre. It takes about 45 minutes to walk into the marina but close to bus stops so easy to catch a bus for around €1.40. With a good size living area a separate kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom a lovely front terrace and a fabulous rooftop solarium this was just the ticket for us.

Communications with the owner where first class when we ended up at the wrong house ! Turns out there are two number 9's in the street. Quick phone call and 50 meters up the road we where set.

Great time spent here.

Wunderbare Ferien in Torrevieja

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus in Torrevieja sehr genossen. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut, mit dem Auto ist alles in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das Haus ist sauber undgemütlich eingerichtet . Sie Sonnenterrasse ist enorm groß und der Gemeinschaftspool war eine optimale Ergänzung zum Stadtstrand. Allerdings hat das Haus nur 1 Badezimmer, in der Beschreibung sind 3 angegeben. Für 4 Personen wurde es manchmal etwas knapp .

Ansonsten hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und korrekt. Die Kaution wurde sofort zurückerstattet !

Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Bonne situation géographique

Petite maison typique à l'entrée de Torrevieja idéalement placée entre Cathagène et Alicante pour explorer les environs .

Place de parking fermée , wifi (non spécifiée dans le descriptif ) ,grande terrasse à l'étage avec barbecue , très bien équipée (frigo/congélateur ,four , lave-linge , micro-ondes , plaque vitrocéramique ), 2chambres , ventilateurs à gogo (pas de climatisation...) , piscine commune à quelques rues .

Même si l'ensemble a vécu , tout est fonctionnel : point de chute parfait pour la plage (MATA dangereuse mais bien surveillée et pas surpeuplée comme celles du centre ville ou celle des naufragés plus au Sud ) , shopping (grande centre carrefour , Lidl , Habermas ... ouvert 365 j/an de 09h00 à 00h00 ) , sans oublier la restauration rapide pour les enfants type Burger king ou Mac do ...

Nous recommandons , le propriétaire est disponible et répond rapidement aux questions très aimablement.

Descriptif pas exact

Le contact avec le propriétaire est sympathique et efficace. Le logement est bien situé, quoique bruyant car près d'une route passante. Ce qui nous a le plus déçu, c'est un descriptiff qui ne correspond pas à la réalité. A SAVOIR. IL n'y a pas 2 salles de bains et encore moins 3, mais 1 salle de bains et 2 pommes de douche dehors sur la terrasse. Les toilettes ne sont pas independants comme décrit mais bien DANS la seule salle de bains. Nous étions 4 adultes et 1 enfant et nous avions pris cette location parce qu'il était annoncé 2 sdb et toilettes séparés. Ce n'était pas le cas. Il n'y a pas non plus 5 couchages comme annoncé mais 2 chambres, l'une avec1 lit 2 personnes et l'autre avec 2 lits de 1 personne, les 2 canapés du séjour n'étant pas convertibles. Nous avons donc été déçus.

Cheap flights via Easy Jet, Rynair, Monarch,Thompson fly, to either Alicante airport 20 Miles north or Murcia airport 18 miles south, both with-in a 30 mins drive to our villa.

Villa is located close to a large communal pool, tennis court and 5 a side football pitch and basketball court. Large golf courses are only a short drive away and there are many facilities within walking distance. It is a popular area close to salt lakes and natural parks suitable for walking and cycling. Fee WiFi and Amazon fire stick to stream T.V !!
