Gorgeous 2 bed villa (2 balconies & terrace) nr sea, lovely pool, own sunbeds!

Ideally located in the heart of Paphos with a beautiful swimming pool and on a small, friendly complex (with a contemporary mediterranean feel) of only 19 properties; Zeus Gardens is furnished, finished and equipped to a luxury standard with large terrace complete with outdoor furniture, balconies off both bedrooms with table and chairs for al fresco dining, granite work tops, beautiful furniture and everything needed for a relaxing break down to the washing machine, hairdryer, beach towels and buckets & spades!

A level 10-15 stroll will take you to the seafront with its sandy blue-flag beach, harbour and fort, watersports, numerous restaurants, shops, bars and tavernas.

Zeus Gardens is ideal for exploring beautiful Cyprus or as a home from home for just chilling!

Air conditioning in the bedrooms is available for a small extra charge and there are efficient ceiling fans in all rooms.

Optional Wi Fi for small weekly charge!!!

Great villa for a relaxing holiday!

This villa is well appointed and clean with everything for a relaxing stay. In August the addition or air conditioning in the lounge would be welcome but the lounge opens onto the pool area where the patio retains some shade during the day! It is a short walk to the sea front with many good places to eat, our particular favourite was the Laterna Tavern. A car is not needed as there is plenty to do locally. We used the buses and taxis and went to the Aphrodite Water Park and Municipal market. The shop on the complex is open almost 24 hours a day and has most things at reasonable prices. Everyone in Cyprus is really friendly. The service and communication from the owner was excellent and we would not hesitate to go back!

Regarding air conditioning in the lounge I know August was particularly hot this year. However originally we did take some time to decide whether or not to install a/c in the lounge (as well as the bedrooms where we had already installed it) but in the end decided that as air conditioning works best with doors and windows closed this wasn't ideal for downstairs. We therefore installed two ceiling fans in the lounge instead - with efficient ceiling fans and windows with fly screens which can then be left open for a lovely through draft this seemed to be a good option. So far this seems to have worked well as no one else has mentioned the need for air conditioning in the lounge. However it is certainly something we would consider if it comes up again. Thank you once again for your comments and I am so glad you had a wonderful time. We would love to welcome you back again - either to Cyprus or to Bulgaria should you be interested in trying that another year - all repeat guests qualify for a 5% discount!

Tout est conforme à l'annonce. La résidence est très calme, à l'écart du centre ville mais toute proche quand même. Le logement est impeccable, grand, lumineux, fonctionnel, très propre, très bien équipé. Le voisinage est charmant (ce sont principalement des Britanniques, discrets, serviables, gentils). Nous étions les seuls français dans cette résidence d'une quinzaine de logements, qui encadrent la piscine. Notre séjour s'est déroulé du 4 au 11 septembre 2010. Donc "hors période" et hors canicule. Pourtant il faisait très chaud à Paphos. A noter, ne pas oublier (comme moi) de demander les télécommandes de la climatisation à la réservation du logement.Mais tout a été réglé dans les 48 H : merci à la propriétaire qui était en Angleterre, à sa "correspondante" à Paphos et à ....internet. Nous garderons un bon souvenir de Chypre et de la résidence Zeus Gardens.

Air conditioning is a separate charge to keep the cost as optional (and therefore lower should you not require it - there are efficient ceiling fans installed in all main areas free of charge). "The apartment was well k...

"The apartment was well kept, the kitchen well equipped. We found the apartment a bit dusty on arrival, but this was probably due to the dry and windy Cyprus climate.

Air-conditioning was available on demand for an extra £5/day, we didn''t rent it, and actually at the end of August the ventilators were enough to stay cool in the night.

The place is nice and new, there is a minimarket at some 300 m from the house, and a larger supermarket at maybe 1 Km.

Harbour and beach can be reached on foot, but it would take not less than 15-20 minutes along a busy, and suburnt during the day, road.

The archaeological area is at one end of the sea-front.

A rented car is highly recommended to move around in Paphos and surroundings, and of course to visit the beautiful western part of Cyprus."

We have now updated our directions for walking as it should take no more than 10 minutes as there is a much more interesting (and shorter) route - with lots of refreshment stops along the way if necessary!

Zeus Gardens is only 15 minutes' drive from Paphos Airport (one and a half hours' drive from Larnaca Airport) and we can arrange airport transfers if required.

We offer flexible arrival and departure times as well as changeover days - you are usually welcome to stay in the property right up to your departure time (which can be as little as 15 minutes prior to check-in)!

There is nothing worse than being made to vacate a property hours before departure with nowhere to store luggage or shower!

We want you to enjoy Zeus Gardens and Cyprus as much as we do.

Paphos is rich in history and culture and there is no shortage of things to do and see in the area including the wonderful Mosaics, Aphrodites Baths, museums, churches, temples, forts etc.

All kinds of activities are catered for including numerous water sports, jeep safaris, fishing, sailing, snorkelling, diving and glass bottom boat trips, quad bikes, coach trips, Mount Troodos...the list is endless.

Otherwise you can just relax by the pool!
