Pretty villa in a pleasant family residence of Miami Playa with swimming pool and green zones.
The house, recently built, is very well kept, bright and perfectly functional; well laid out, with two floors (ground floor - first floor), it counts with 3 double bedrooms (1 double bed + 2 single beds + pullout bed) one of them as a suite with its own bathroom (shower) and terrace (views onto the swimming pool) and another one with a terrace and views onto the back part of the house, a complete bathroom with bathtub, a fully equipped independent kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, vitroceramic cooktop, dishwasher...) and a beautiful living room with dining area, sofa-bed and direct way out to the furnished terrace (table, chairs, deckchairs) with direct yet perfectly secure access (little gate with key) to the community area and swimming pool of the residence.
For more comfort, there is an additional iindependent toilet on the ground floor.
Fully equipped, you'll find there all necessary household electrical appliances to feel like home with for instance dishwasher, air conditioning, TV, DVD reader... and have a private garage as well as place to get parked outside the house in the street.
This house stands in a pretty family residence, quiet, with community swimming pool and green zone and is ideally located to have you access easily all points of interest in the area; only 1.4 kms. from there stand Miami Playa's beautiful sand beaches and creeks, such as for instance Playa Crsital with its beautiful maritime promenade and children playground for the youngest ones and you're 800 metres from the centre of the seaside resort with its restaurants, bars and shops.
For your family escapades, you also have easy access (N340, A7 and AP7) to the neighbour seaside resorts such as Cambrils with its little port, Salou with Port Aventura or La Pineda with Aquopolis as well as to the main tourist cities in the region such as Tarragona, Reus and Barcelona.

Miami Playa is a seaside resort suitable for families, it offers all the facilities (activities for tourists, bars, restaurants, nightclubs, supermarkets,...) and is known for its lovely creeks and several beaches. Located 120Km South from Barcelona, 15Km from Cambrils, and 20 min from Salou and the famous theme park Port Aventura, it is 15Km from the little fishing harbour of Ametlla del Mar, and its wild creeks of Tres Calas and crystal water. At the north of the city, stands the residential area which is very quiet and woody named « Casalot » and is close to the famous golf course of Bonmont.
