Pleasant air conditioned adjoining villa in a pretty family residence with community swimming pool and green zone, standing close to the beautiful beaches and creeks in Miami Playa.
Spread out on two levels, it is spacious and functional.
On the first floor stands a suite bedroom with private bathroom (shower) and a pretty terrace from where you see the residence's community swimming pool, a second bedroom with two single beds and a wide picture window to get to a second terrace, bigger and with views onto the surrounding mountains. There also is a third double bedroom with pullout bed (2 single beddings), as well as the main bathroom with bathtub.
On the ground floor, you'll find additional independent toilets, an independent fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a big fridge-freezer, oven, vitroceramix cooktop, microwave, etc... and the pleasant living room with sofas, television screen and dining area.
Large picture windows in the living room allow direct way out to the pretty furnished terrace, perfect for your meals with a table, chairs and sun shade, and from where you have direct views onto the residence's community area and swimming pool.
Bright and well kept, this property offers a complete equipment with the air conditioning included, a big television screen and DVD reader, storage closets, complete household appliances, outdoor furniture, etc... and makes available to you a private garage (you'll find in there a mobile barbecue) as well as a parking spot outside the villa.
This pretty villa is part of a pleasant family residence, quiet and friendly, where you'll enjoy the two swimming pools of 7,5m x 3m, outdoor shower and green zone.
Very well located, close to the centre yet standing in a quiet and family environment, natural and surrounded by high pine trees, you quickly get to two emblematic big creeks in Miami Playa “Cala dels Vienesos” and “Cala de les Sirenes”, both of them standing about 1,7 km from there.
A supermarket is about 800 metres from the villa and you'll find in the centre of the seaside resort (also 800 metres more or less from the residence), all kinds of facilities: restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bars, chemist, games room...
