A very convenient and good place to stay

We had a very good stay at this property for 1 1/2 months. It is close to grocery stores and the main street for the bus and anything else you would need. Juan was very good in responding to any questions we had and if there were any problems he came quickly to fix them The television and internet were excellent and especially all the TV stations we could access - it was unbelievable. On cool and windy days the enclosed balcony was very pleasant for sitting or for drying clothes.

This condo is a corner suite on the 3rd floor with a view on 3 sides including to the ocean.

Excellent appartment Location

On arrival found the property in an ideal location near to shops pubs and beach. A lounge with full width view to the coast and Marina. Appartment was clean with all facilities for a comfortable stay, will definately consider booking again.

Nice property and convinient location

Juan, the host is very pleasant and available if you need anything. Excellent apartment located close to the beach and close to the supermarkets and another attractions like Sea Life Aquarium, Selwo Marina, Tivoli Park, etc.

Highly recommend to stay in Juan's apartment.

Excellent apartment & location

We are a family of four, two adults and two children (7 and 4). We are very familiar with Benalmadena and the Costa del Sol area. The location is key, very close to beach and all local amenities. A small local shop is opposite the entrance to the apartment for any last minute groceries. Larger supermarkets/cafes/restaurants/bank/ATM/

chemist are a very short walk. The marina is a short walk too.

We like to explore the wider area and visit attractions and did this by foot, bus, ferry and taxi during our stay, again having so many options nearby is very important.

The apartment is clean, spacious, air conditioned with everything provided that you would require for a holiday in the area.

Most importantly, the owner Juan is extremely accommodating and excellent with communication before and during trip, if you need anything. We left a valuable item behind during our stay, Juan did everything possible to return it promptly & reassure us. We were most grateful, this demonstrates a most considerate owner, so easy to deal with who went above and beyond.

We would highly recommend staying in Juan's apartment.

What a great holiday! Got 8 people in this apartment easily. Perfect location which was so close to everything. owner Juan was a great guy and sorted everything out for us! Kitchen and bedrooms lovely and the balcony was class! Will be back to this apartment 100%

Very nice

This is a well situated, modern, two bedroom apartment of a quiet block that is just a 5 minute walk from the beach. many amenities, bars, cafes etc are nearby, the owner Juan is friendly and communicative and we enjoyed our stay in Benalmadena - thanks.
