Excellent apartment & location

We are a family of four, two adults and two children (7 and 4). We are very familiar with Benalmadena and the Costa del Sol area. The location is key, very close to beach and all local amenities. A small local shop is opposite the entrance to the apartment for any last minute groceries. Larger supermarkets/cafes/restaurants/bank/ATM/

chemist are a very short walk. The marina is a short walk too.

We like to explore the wider area and visit attractions and did this by foot, bus, ferry and taxi during our stay, again having so many options nearby is very important.

The apartment is clean, spacious, air conditioned with everything provided that you would require for a holiday in the area.

Most importantly, the owner Juan is extremely accommodating and excellent with communication before and during trip, if you need anything. We left a valuable item behind during our stay, Juan did everything possible to return it promptly & reassure us. We were most grateful, this demonstrates a most considerate owner, so easy to deal with who went above and beyond.

We would highly recommend staying in Juan's apartment.

What a great holiday! Got 8 people in this apartment easily. Perfect location which was so close to everything. owner Juan was a great guy and sorted everything out for us! Kitchen and bedrooms lovely and the balcony was class! Will be back to this apartment 100%

This is a well situated, modern, two bedroom apartment of a quiet block that is just a 5 minute walk from the beach. many amenities, bars, cafes etc are nearby, the owner Juan is friendly and communicative and we enjoyed our stay in Benalmadena - thanks.

My wife, three kids and I had a fab stay at this lovely apartment in Benalmedina. The area is nice with 3 min walk to the beach, 5min walk to a lovely park and every type of amenity required for a top stay. Apartment is cosy, clean and comfortable. Such a relaxing break we really can't wait for our next one! And we hope we can come back here again, thanks a bunch!

Great value apartment 5 minutes from the beach

We have just come back from a 5 night stay in benalmadena. This apartment is great value with 3 bedrooms and is south facing with a lovely view of of the coast.It is 5 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes from the marina. The owner Juan keeps in good contact prior to your stay. This was our 1st time renting a private apartment and i'm so pleased we chose this one. We will certainly book again.
