Cosy air conditioned villa, fully renovated, in a family residence with community swimming pool, close to beautiful sand beaches and creeks.
Fully equipped, with the air conditioning, the linen and the Internet connection included, this house is very well kept and functional. It counts with two floors and, on the first floor, you'll find the main bedroom with double bed and a nice furnished terrace as well as a complete bathroom with bathtub.
On the ground floor, you have a triple bedroom, a fully equipped independent kitchen as well as a pleasant living room with direct way out to the terrace which leads to the paved garden.
The terrace is covered with a wooden pergola and has table, chairs, armchairs as well as a stone barbecue and, from the paved landscaped garden you have a direct yet private and secure access to the community area with the swimming pool (with children's pool) using a door you can lock.
On the other side, at the entrance of the villa, there is another paved laid out garden with a spot expected to be for your car.
This house stands in a quiet and family residential area of the upper part of Miami Playa, about 3.5 kms. from the beautiful beaches and creeks as well as from the centre of the seaside resort where you'll find all kinds of facilities: supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, etc... as well as a nice promenade all along Playa Cristal with lounge bars, restaurants, children playgrounds...
For golf lovers, the golf course of Bonmont stands only 2 kms. from there and Salou with its famous Port Aventura theme park is about 20 minutes drive.

nous avons beaucoup aimé le cadre. Situé en pleine pinède, avec la mer à 3 minutes, c'est l'idéal pour des vacances animées et au calme. La villa était bien aménagée et la piscine immense devant notre porte. Les enfants se sont régalés et nous parents avons apprécié de garder un regard sur eux sans pratiquement sortir de chez nous. La visite de Tarragone, Barcelone, Reus, Cambrils nous ont permis de découvrir un bon bout de 'Espagne et les parcs AQUOPOLIS et PORT AVENTURA ont régalés les enfants. Les propriètaires sont adorables et ont a pu partager un gouter avec eux malgré la barrière de la langue. Nous y retournerons avec des amis et avec plaisir.
Miami Playa is a seaside resort suitable for families,it offers all the facilities (activities for tourists, bars, restaurants, nightclubs, supermarkets,...) and is known for its lovely creeks and several beaches. Located 120Km South from Barcelona, 15Km from Cambrils, and 20 min from Salou and the famous theme park Port Aventura, it is 15Km from the little fishing harbour of Ametlla del Mar, and its wild creeks of Tres Calas and crystal water. At the north of the city, stands the residential area which is very quiet and woody named « Casalot » and is close to the famous golf course of Bonmont.
