Quiet and cozy Sevillian style apartment located in the heart of the center of Seville, in the neighborhood of Santa Cruz. Inside the apartment we can highlight the wooden floor, wooden ceiling, attic with a double bed and the spacious living room with a huge window overlooking the gardens.

The apartment is located in a typical house of the Sevillian palace. In the interior you will see several gardens full of vegetation that makes the environment here cool and quiet, especially one of them is like an oasis: the vegetation is everywhere and the tranquility is almost magical.

Its location is absolutely wonderful, in the heart of the most typical neighborhood of the center of Seville, Santa Cruz; Close to everything and at the same time enjoying a very quiet and peaceful environment, and with important monuments around: Church of Salvador, Church of San Isidoro, City Hall, Cathedral and Giralda, etc.

Charming apartment in the center!

The high ceilings and spiral staircase are breathtaking. You have a view of the gorgeous courtyard. Can't imagine a more delightful accommodation. You are 5 minutes from the cathedral and all the shopping, restaurants etc. What else could you ask for...

"Nice little flat, very well situated in the middle of the city. The only thing to complain about is that we couldn´t find the little inside "gardens" that where mentioned in the description."

"This is a great apartment. In the center of the city and close to grocery shops, tourist sites, public transportation. Nacho was really good about answering my emails in a timely manner. And he was extremely flexible with me concerning payment and date changes. I really liked that he held the apartment with a personal check rather than a deposit through Paypal. It just started the relationship off on a positive note. I would highly recomend this apartment. All transactions were smooth, fair, and trustworthy. Besides, it is a lovely flat, ideal for either short term or long term stays in the city (I was in the apartment for one month). An excellent choice."

"We loved staying in this...

"We loved staying in this spacious studio in an amazing old palace on a wonderful street. The studio was furnished in a lovely eclectic way and had everything we needed. It was very quiet -- on an interior patio and quiet neighbors. The view from the window to the patio with arches and plants was lovely. It might be difficult to stay here with a toddler -- spiral staircase to the sleeping loft would be a constant hazard - but the studio is certainly spacious enough for a couple with one or two children, as there is a double sofa bed and the sleeping loft. The bathroom is minimal, but sufficient.The location is ideal to see all of the wonderful sights in Sevilla with two plazas close by to enjoy neighborhood life. I highly recommend this studio."

"We stayed here 2 summers ago. We absolutely loved it! There is nothing like staying in a place that is older than your country(USA). Our only complaint was there construction on the alleyway just outside our door, but I imagine this construction has been concluded by now. Nacho was awesome! He went above and beyond what was expected as a tenant. We would stay here again in heartbeat."
