Superb, almost better than we expected.
Our stay at chateau Pontamailly
Short form of the story - for some reason the browser was reloading the page and my comments were missing afterwards!!! :-( Chateau was as expected - in good condition outside and inside, nice clean pool, nice rooms on second floor with own bath room or shower, on third floor only shared bath room (not so bad in our case - bunch of 9 men), we had a nice stay

"An amazing place! We spent a wonderful week in the beautiful chateau, everything was perfect. Mme B and Georges were both very helpful, and the chateau was very well equipped, both for adults and children. The pool was large and clean, the park lovely. Beautiful area"

"The castle itself was even better than suggested on the web. We were extremely happy with the property
Unfortunately, there was quite a bit of noise from the nearby road. The owner told us this was a temporary problem due to construction."

"We were four couples from different parts of the UK and Australia and all found the chateau delightful, especially the space, comfort, amenities and location. M. Beausoleil and the other staff were all very friendly and helpful. Altogether an enjoyable and stimulating experience to stay in a house with so much history and character with all the modern faciliteis we are used to."
