Warm and welcoming, roomy basement apartment with private entrance in mid-century modern ranch style home. Some might call it unique, cool or hip. Others will experience it as serene and welcoming. It's a vibrant and active neighborhood with lots of places to go and things to do. The beauty of Missoula is all that and more. This apartment is nicely furnished, complete with linens, bath and kitchen supplies, warm and inviting, sleeps 6-8 comfortably with 2 very large bedrooms (one queen and one full), an inner spring futon in the large living room, 2 twin roll away beds and 2 air mattresses that can be placed in bedrooms or large living room. A Pack and Play and high chair are provided for little ones. Lots of TV programming via Roku and WIFI is also included.

The efficiency kitchen includes a fridge, two-burner electric stove top, range hood with light, single sink, coffee maker, microwave and small convection oven. All cooking utensils, cookware and even spices are provided. Of course, with literally hundreds of unique restaurants nearby, you'll be eating out most of the time. But when you eat in, there's seating for four at the dining table and seating for four more at the bistro table and island in the kitchen. And there's always freshly ground coffee and special teas in the cupboard.

You'll find very large egress windows in the living room and each bedroom for lots of daylight sun. Want to enjoy the outdoors close to home? You'll have easy access to the small side yard with outdoor table and seating.

This is the ideal location for getting anywhere in Missoula, from the mall to downtown to the University or walk to the fairgrounds and Glacier Ice Rink, shopping and dining. Some of Missoula’s best recreation areas are right here within walking distance. Spring through autumn, Playfair Park is bustling with activity as families congregate among the soccer fields, tennis courts, and the very modern water park, Splash Montana.

Missoula offers free bus service and a bus stop is less than a block away. The Albertson's grocery store complex is a two block walk. There's plenty of street parking in front of this unit and easy access from the airport. The new Kohl's and Cabela's as well as new restaurants are all within an easy walk.

This apartment was a perfect way to experience Missoula. Close to everything in town and the apartment is spacious and has all the necessary amenities for cooking and enjoying time while in the apartment. The owner, Linda, was very nice and helpful.

Very large lower unit centrally located in Missoula

Very nice place, centrally located within the city limits of Missoula. Linda was very accommodating. Linda had a very nice care package placed inside the refrigerator that included 4 samples of locally brewed favorites from around the city. The lower unit easily fit 6 adults, two of which visited us during the day but spent the night in our oldest son's apartment. Linda was very responsive to her emails. The directions were easy to follow. Linda has a 3 ring binder that was very detailed orientated with her expectations of us and offered many suggestions of activities to do and places to eat. Our son had bought us some groceries, including hamburgers and brats. Since we didn't have a grill, I sent Linda a text inquiring about grilling options. She quickly responded and upon our return home, we had all the required equipment to grill away. This was so nice of her and so appreciated, The next time we come to visit Missoula, this will be the first place we try an book.

The property was private, clean and well stocked with amenities.

Our family had a wonderful experience while on vacation. Linda was more than accommodating. We loved the fact that the property could fit a small family to large. It is also well located in Missoula, close to just about everything and still quiet. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip and highly recommend it to others traveling through or to Missoula!

Great for a large family group!

My family rented the apartment for graduation weekend because we all wanted to be together and hotel room prices had been doubled for the busy weekend. The location was perfect. I was a little worried about the basement environment but it was super! The apartment was clean and smelled good, no bugs, or mice or any of the usual basement creatures. The bedding and towels were plentiful...great pillows. The best part of the stay was Linda herself. She was gracious, helpful but not intruding. She accommodated my large group with extra air beds and chairs, and - tolerated noise I am sure! My family was very impressed by my having rented the place. We made some memories for sure.

Upscale at a fair price

It seemed the owner had anticipated our needs before we even arrived. We walked into an extremely comfortable home stocked with fine linens and towels as well as a cozy fireplace and full access to HD channels. We were very surprised that we were allowed to use the washer and dryer but the owner made it clear she wanted us to feel welcome. And we did.

I highly recommend renting this lovely apartment. I have rented many other homes and apartments from VRBO and this time seemed to be the most exceptional. In addition, the apartment is based in the center of town and accessible to all sorts of entertainment and sporting activities.

Excellent! The owner was great our company booked last minute and the response time was wonderful she met with our company supervisers the same day we booked and was very accommodating with use of the garage for locking up company tools, Thank you so much Linda !
