South oriented view on Cavalaire's bay and the natural and protected site of 'Cap Lardier' close to Gigaro and 'Vergeron'.

Magic location and absolute quiet and exclusive environment far from any trafiic noise, in a private domain.

La Croix Valmer is 2km away with all facilites, and Cavalaire 3 km away, Saint-Tropez 10km away.

Suitable for up to 12 persons in 5 bedrooms + bedding part in the large living room (the house actually has 6 rooms but 1 is private), with confortable bedding.

Charming house, very nice to live in, with a wide loggia overlooking the sea, multiple terraces in the middle of a large garden of about 1500 m2.

Equipment is very furnished.

A wonderfull little beach can be acessed by walking in less than 5 minutes to the neighborhood (great with children).

It's a charming house, in very good condition, confortable and nicely decorated with all the equipment to be very confortable with renovated bathrooms.

This is the perfect spot for those who look for an oustanding environment and a magic view and a lot of exclusivity.

There is a little beach downstairs, acessible to the neighborhood who remain calm even in sumer.

Perfect with children.
