The complex is overlooking the most impressive sea views.BEAUTIFUL SEA WALK..

A gorgeous, newly built (2004), luxury apartment with a beautiful sea view. Close proximity to beach, water sports, golf, tennis, shops, restaurants. Torrevieja is only 10 KM for lively nightlife and more attractions. The historical town of Murcia is only a 20 minute drive, while Alicante is only 40 mins away.

There are 3 good golf courses, merely 10 minutes drive away. The front of the property only has a sea walk and no access to the road traffic. Makes it beautiful and peaceful, to jog or for a leasurly walk.

There are also bars and restaurants ,supermarket and shops within 5minutes walk, that also makes this spot quite lively. The best combination of quiet and lively. There is also bus stop, only 2 minutes walk away from the complex that takes you to our lively town of Torrevieja.

Our complex boasts of the biggest pool in the area. Has 3 tennis courts, BAR B QUE area children play area and nice garden grounds with parasols. As you step Outside the complex, beautiful sea scenery and also lovely views of Caboroig Marina and the two beaches of Caboroig and Aguamarina.

Caboroig is perfect to explore other areas from. Murcia, ALICANTE, La Manga and Granada are all within easy drive range. Murcia airport is 15/20 minutes drive and ALICANTE is only about 35 minutes drive away. Our new shopping mall, ZENIA MAR, with all the designer shops, huge number of restaurants etc. provides a pleasant shopping experience. This is merely 20 minutes walk away from the complex.

As you come out of the complex by the pool, walk approximately 300/400 meters to the left and go down the staircase that take you directly to CABOROIG BEACH AND MARINA, WITH WONDERFUL TWO RESTAURANTS WITH STUNNING VIEWS AND GOOD FOOD. If you enjoy walking, you may walk along this most beautiful, scenic walk above the beach, that takes you all the way to LA ZENIA BEACH!!

estupendas vacaciones

El apartamento está muy bien preparado. Cerca de la playa de la Caleta, a 10 minutos andando. La urbanización está bien, con pista pádel y piscina. La dueña aunque no este fisicamente ahí siempre está pendiente en el correo. Allí te recibe una señora que vive en misma urbanizacion que es muy amable. Repetiremos!!!

Unas vacaciones fantásticas

Ya conocíamos el apartamento porque ya hemos ido en tres ocasiones.

Siempre limpio y con lo necesario para pasar unos días agradables de vacaciones.

La urbanización está muy bien y cerca de los restaurantes, que se puede ir andando.

Nosotros íbamos a la playa de Cabo Roig y se puede ir andando.

Aconsejo el apartamento y los propietarios aunque no estén en España siempre son muy atentos y responden muy rápidos y todo es muy correcto.

Well posiitioned, comfortable apartment

The apartment had all the facilities needed for a comfortable holiday, the kitchen was well equipped and the double bed in each bedroom (rather than twin beds) was perfect for our holiday. The apartment was clean and very well presented, Maria the house keeper was very helpful too.The apartment was well situated, close but not too close to bars and restaurants. It was very close to the promenade and the local beach. The swimming pool was large and very welcoming. The only addition the apartment would benefit from is portable beach chairs to be able to sunbathe by the pool or on the local beach.

FANTASTIC LOCATION - WONDERFUL APARTMEMNT

We have been to the area before and rented a house the first time - However this time around we opted for an apartment that was closer to the beech as we have two children under 5. To say we where literately on the promenade is an understatement. The views are to die for!!! the location is fantastic with like a 2 Min walk to shops and restaurants and with the pool area on the door step. The whole holiday from start to finish was wonderful - the kids didn't want to leave. The pool area is so clean and safe for children - The grounds of the apartments are wonderfully maintained and everything looks pristine. The apartment itself is obviously very well maintained by the wonderful Maria there is plenty of clean towels and fresh linen for the beds. I will defiantly be booking here again .... :)

BUENA ELECCION

Hemos disfrutado mucho en el apartamento, ya que tenía todas las comodidades que uno puede necesitar cuando está fuera de casa. Lo mejor de todo era la piscina, y lo peor era que estabamos un "pelin" lejos de la playa como para ir andando con una niña pequeña, así que ibamos en coche, pero como teníamos plaza de garaje no era tanto trastorno. Es superrecomendable. Volveremos.

Lovely relaxing holiday

The apartment was lovely and clean and well equipped. We used the cooking facilities and washing machine with out any trouble. All facilities around the apartment were well kept and tidy, the only slight disappointment was not being able to use inflatables in the pool or lack of pool side seating but this was a minor inconvenience in an enjoyable holiday. The beach was 10mins walk away and shops and bars 2mins. However the apartment was always quiet at night time which was very good, no noise from bars or other residents. Would recomend for a family holiday.
