In addition, she has been the top ski trail reporter for Skinnyski for the past few years! Wayne has been working for Super One stores for thirty years and enjoys his job! Eve Graves purchased this House in 2004
Why Eve Graves chose East Hillside
We lived here until recently when we moved ten miles away to be able to walk out the front door and into several parks, the Superior Hiking Trail, and have some land.

The Place worked well for our brief stay in Duluth. It was great we were able to bring our 2 dogs with. It was a hot week-end and it would have been nice to have had air conditioning in the bed rooms. Otherwise a good place.
This house is in an old neighborhood in Duluth close to downtown and Canal Park.. Nice and quiet.
Very relaxing, great place to take a walk, great porch to enjoy nice weather.
Great location, close to the waterfront!
This was a great place for our group of 4. It had a garage to store our trailer with bikes. It is a quiet neighbor hood and we all slept great. Eve was very good about answering any questions that I had. Would recommend!
Weekend in Duluth
My three sisters and I rented Eve's home for a weekend. We loved the house. It was very comfortable. She gave us a tour of the house and gave us plenty of suggestions of what to do during our visit. I would recommend Eve's house to anyone visiting Duluth.
We loved our time in Duluth. Great town for hiking, exploring and relaxing
We had 3 long time friends getting together for a reunion weekend. This house was perfect for us. Good location, cute, a little “funky”, quiet and safe. We loved it
