This cosy house is located in a huge Finca, at about 30.000 m2, in a very quiet area of Sóller’s Valley. It has a 15m2 shelter next to the house, a 45m2 terrace with wonderful views and a pretty 140m2 garden. The house has a big lounge with a fireplace and provided with a comfortable sofa, 2 armchairs and a table with chairs at the dinning area. The kitchen is on a corner and it has a good selection of pots, pans and cooking utensils. There is a large fridge freezer, a 4-ring gas hob and a large oven. In the lounge there is an electric radiator for the winter. The bedroom is provided with reverse cycle air conditioning and it has a king size double bed. There is also a small bedcamp for families with a child. The terrace has a table with chairs and 2 armchairs and there are wonderful views of the mountains. In the garden there is a Barbecue. The pool is at about 100m from the house and is for the use of the renters of this house and another one very similar, from 10:00 to 18:30. Both houses are at the same Finca but they are located respecting the privacy in between them. The rest of the afternoon the pool will be for the use of the owners as well. The pool will be open from May to the end of September. From November until the end of February there will be an extra cost of 18€/week as a supplement for heating. The place is perfect for couples, even those with a baby, since it is extraordinary private and quiet. It also can be a good starting point for excursions along the mountains around. Sóller center is at 1 Km and Port at 2Km. Check in: 13h, Check Out: 10:00.

At arrival, you'll have to pay in cash the ECO-TAX: 2 euros/person/night.

Exceptions: March and April (low season) 75% discount.

                                                                Jolie maison avec un vue exceptionnelle sur la vallée de Soller, Angeles est une hôte sympathique, qui prend soin des lieux et vous les présente très propres et équipés de linge de maison (draps serviettes) comme à l'hôtel . L'accès en effet n'est pas simple et la voiture demeure indispensable pour accéder aux commodités mais quel plaisir une fois qu'on y est! Les extérieurs avec les terrasses et la piscine privative entourée d'arbres de la région nous ont définitivement convaincus... Merci!

                                                                We are two girls and we've been in Angeles house at the end of may 2016. We had a very relaxing time there. The house is almost the last house at the end of a very narrow street, and you have a great view all over Soller and the surrounding mountains. The house is really nice and the terrace is very special because of this impressive view, it is sunny the whole day there. Inside the house it has everything you need, it was very very very clean, even new cleaning stuff as sponge... was provided. If you don't want to cook inside, there is an barbecue for outside. Angeles provides a little map of the town and there was already cold water in the fridge and a little surprise. The pool is not directly at the house, but not far away. We didn't use it, because it is directly at Angeles house - somehow we felt a bit uncomfortable to go there as if we could disturb > but this was just our feeling, we didn't try. But due the great terrace and view, and the very near beach in Port de Soller we didn't miss it. In any case I would recommend to have a car to get there - but pay attention to drive a small car for this narrow and steep road. Even if you are really alone there on the hillside, without direct neighbors, it is not totally calm, the sound of Soller is audible - but not disturbing. The atmosphere of the house and the furniture was very authentic and fits very well in the Tramontana area. I would love to go there again, and I would recommend it to all my friends.

                                                                Pour l'hiver, lorsqu'il fait mauvais temps (exceptionnel certes mais nous avons eu de la neige, du vent, de la pluie, du soleil aussi!!), la petite maison est moins adatée: l'eau de pluie et le vent traversent les portes par jour de tempête, le chauffage est tres juste. Heureusement, i y avait la cheminée pour les longues soirées d'hiver!! Car sans elle, nous n'aurions pas pu rester dans le salon le soir!!

                                                                Mais grâce à la gentillesse de nos hôtes, finalement ce fût supportable et la région est superbe!!. Par contre, prévoir un budget quotidien (8 et quelques pour 1 aller- retour) pour passer le tunnel de Soller ds la diretion de Palma, surtout lorsque les cols st impraticables à cause de la neige!!

                                                                Palma de Mallorca airport is at about 30 Km from Sóller and on the way out it has Taxis and many Rent a car companies. There is also a Bus to Palma centre every 15 min. and it has a stop at Plaza España. There you will find Sóller station where you can take the old and lovely electric train and arrive in Sóller in an hour. Otherwise, you can easily get to the bus station (at some 300 m from Plaza España) and take the bus called “Tunel Express”. It takes only a half an hour and it stops at the roundabout called “Monumento”, very near the place where we will be meeting at your arrival to go together the house. When coming by train, you can take the Tram at your arrival at Sóller station and stop at the same roundabout. The last 250 m of the way to the house are by a narrow rural path and it is very convenient to have a small car to get to the parking next to the house. (Text automatically translated) The Sóller Valley is an ideal place for hiking, both on the roads that run through as the beautiful mountain trails of the Sierra de Tramontana or coves leading to the coast. In it lies the village of Fornalutx, about 3 km from the center, where you can enjoy a beautiful setting and the pleasant rooftop bars and restaurants in the square. It is also the starting point for mountain hiking. We also found Biniaraix village about 2 km, with its small bar-terrace on the square, from where starts the beautiful trail called "It gully". There are also trails that lead to nearby coves and the beautiful village of Deia, located about 10 km El Puerto de Sóller is about 2km from the house. To the left of the bay is the Playa d'en Repic, where you can go sailing or windsurfing, rent chairs and sonbrillas and enjoy the terraces of bars and restaurants on the beach. On the other side there is another sandy beach area, and the fishing pier and recreational boat docks. From there boats to the Calobra and Pareis Torrent famous, one of the most spectacular scenery on the island. You can also go diving.
