Enjoy the entire lower suite of our beautiful Tuscan-style home. We are a short but healthy walk from vibrant Lower Gibsons with its market, shops and coffee houses - not forgetting the famous Molly's Reach restaurant (home of the Beachcombers).

Your accommodation consists of a private entrance with a separate bedroom, lounge and deck, allowing you to enjoy a breathtaking view of Gibsons, the harbour and some glorious sunsets.

The lounge also contains a small kitchenette with sink, fridge, coffee maker, convection plate and small oven - as well as all the plates, cups and glasses you will need for a stay in this luxurious suite. The lounge has a sofa bed (maybe suitable for 1 other person) with a 42' flat-screen TV, blu-ray DVD player and Netflix access at no charge.

The bedroom has a queen bed with luxury bedding, an en-suite shower facility and WC, with picturesque views of Gibsons and beyond. Enjoy, also, the Bose iPod docking station.

The secluded and private deck has a dining table with 4 chairs, a BBQ, 2 adirondack chairs and stunning views of the Town, with Mount Elphinstone in the background. It is a unique view from a tranquil and serene setting.

Our home is atop Gibsons Bluff - in a quiet and tranquil setting. The entire lower suite is at your disposal and is accessed via a private entrance. The views of Lower Gibsons, the Marina and Mount Elphinstone are somewhat unique given the geography of Gibsons.

Tranquil cosy apartment with great view.

Clean,calm, comfortable and well equipped, this apartment gave us a great base for day trips along the beautiful coast. Paul and Judith were the perfect hosts, always available if required. The apartment occupies an elevated position allowing great views of the harbour and surrounding hills from a good sized balcony;

We found Gibsons to be an idyllic and interesting village with some great pubs and restaurants, all within walking distance.Plenty of wildlife in the local area and great trails and beaches to visit.

Clean, comfortable and well worth the visit.

This is our second stay at this very pleasant rental. My wife and I found the accommodations clean, comfortable and most enjoyable. The outdoor deck affords peace and quiet amongst the tall evergreen trees with a lovely view of the surrounding area and the nearby marina. Our host was very helpful in creating a truly memorable vacation get away for my wife and I. We very much look forward to our next visit at this lovely home away from home.

Wonderful Time

We had a wonderful time at the Gibsons Premier Sunset View Location. It was a top- notch experience, one that we would happily go back to and refer family and friends to visit! The listing description regarding the location, amenities and layout were all very accurate and they provided accurate directions. The owners were great hosts, and provided us with excellent customer service. They were warm, inviting when we arrived and were available if we needed anything throughout the stay. They provided us with a letter explaining their property, surrounding areas and important details, which were very much appreciated. The owners also left a binder with suggestions to some local areas and attractions as an enhancement to our stay.

The property itself was lovely and well maintained, quiet and private, which was our desire. The layout of the suite was excellent. There were separate areas in it, which lent itself to privacy within the suite such as a door that closed between the living room/kitchen area and the bedroom bathroom area. Really nice. It was also such a pleasure to sit on the private deck and have meals, coffee and a glass of wine overlooking the hill, and also be able to watch outside from the bedroom window. The inside furnishings were clean, contemporary and beautiful. The owners provided for and anticipated every possible need in the bedroom, bathroom, living room and complete kitchen areas, providing extra bedding, a fan and even a picnic backpack should we have wanted it. They thoughtfully left us with milk and coffee and tea. The owners had a fantastic eye for interior design, in both detail and style, creating a serene and classic environment. Every furnishing, finishing and style design said peaceful, pretty and quality. We definitely appreciate all that went into providing and maintaining such a delightful property and experience for us. The surrounding town and vicinity were also great. When asked, the owner gave us a few restaurant recommendations, which we used and had great experiences at each of these eateries also. We had a delightful time in Gibsons, and look forward to the next visit!

Amazing

This place is the perfect getaway. There is a fantastic view, the place is quiet, the rooms are nicely decorated and very spacious. The bbq and patio is an absolute plus. Love it love it love it!

Tranquil weekend at the Skyline Lodge

Our recent stay at Skyline Lodge was very nice. We found the rental clean and well maintained. Everything was easily located for our needs during our short stay there. The bedroom was spacious, well appointed and the bed very comfortable. Having meals on the patio was especially pleasant as it afforded an excellent view of the surrounding area and the quiet location made for peaceful relaxation. Would definitely stay there again when the opportunity arises. I would recommend this rental to family and friends looking for a quiet neighbourhood within close proximity to the village of Gibson.

7 Reasons to Stay at the Skyline Lodge.

A traveller to Gibsons could not find a better place to stay than Skyline Lodge.

a) Well-appointed: It is situated on top of a rocky hill, overlooking everything else. It is the King of the Hill.

b) Large patio: From which one may enjoy being the King of the Hill.

c) Luxurious, well-thought out suite: within which one may find real quiet, and provisions for all contingencies. There would be nothing wanting, even for the most fastidious of travellers.

d) No car necessary: a gentleman with a posh accent or a bubbly lady with a beaming smile will pick up from and/or drop off to the ferry terminal at Langdale. Alternately, the local bus is right in front.

e) Proximity to Lower Gibsons: a leisurely 10-min stroll down a scenic hill to Molly's Reach and little shops.

f) Birds: Surrounded by trees, birds of many varieties can be heard and seen. They are considerate birds as they were not heard at night, but regale with song during the day.

g) Privacy: We were whisked to and from the ferry by otherwise magical, unseen and unheard, forces.

Do stay at Skyline Lodge. But don't stay there when we want to stay there, because we plan to go back there and soon. :-)
