Enjoy the entire lower suite of our beautiful Tuscan-style home. We are a short but healthy walk from vibrant Lower Gibsons with its market, shops and coffee houses - not forgetting the famous Molly's Reach restaurant (home of the Beachcombers).
Your accommodation consists of a private entrance with a separate bedroom, lounge and deck, allowing you to enjoy a breathtaking view of Gibsons, the harbour and some glorious sunsets.
The lounge also contains a small kitchenette with sink, fridge, coffee maker, convection plate and small oven - as well as all the plates, cups and glasses you will need for a stay in this luxurious suite. The lounge has a sofa bed (maybe suitable for 1 other person) with a 42' flat-screen TV, blu-ray DVD player and Netflix access at no charge.
The bedroom has a queen bed with luxury bedding, an en-suite shower facility and WC, with picturesque views of Gibsons and beyond. Enjoy, also, the Bose iPod docking station.
The secluded and private deck has a dining table with 4 chairs, a BBQ, 2 adirondack chairs and stunning views of the Town, with Mount Elphinstone in the background. It is a unique view from a tranquil and serene setting.
We moved here from the UK in April 2011, and fell in love with the town of Gibsons, its friendly people and beautiful scenery.

Our home is atop Gibsons Bluff - in a quiet and tranquil setting. The entire lower suite is at your disposal and is accessed via a private entrance. The views of Lower Gibsons, the Marina and Mount Elphinstone are somewhat unique given the geography of Gibsons.
Space, views and privacy - all vital for a tranquil and luxurious stay.
Our recent stay at Skyline Lodge was very nice. We found the rental clean and well maintained. Everything was easily located for our needs during our short stay there. The bedroom was spacious, well appointed and the bed very comfortable. Having meals on the patio was especially pleasant as it afforded an excellent view of the surrounding area and the quiet location made for peaceful relaxation. Would definitely stay there again when the opportunity arises. I would recommend this rental to family and friends looking for a quiet neighbourhood within close proximity to the village of Gibson.
A traveller to Gibsons could not find a better place to stay than Skyline Lodge.
a) Well-appointed: It is situated on top of a rocky hill, overlooking everything else. It is the King of the Hill.
b) Large patio: From which one may enjoy being the King of the Hill.
c) Luxurious, well-thought out suite: within which one may find real quiet, and provisions for all contingencies. There would be nothing wanting, even for the most fastidious of travellers.
d) No car necessary: a gentleman with a posh accent or a bubbly lady with a beaming smile will pick up from and/or drop off to the ferry terminal at Langdale. Alternately, the local bus is right in front.
e) Proximity to Lower Gibsons: a leisurely 10-min stroll down a scenic hill to Molly's Reach and little shops.
f) Birds: Surrounded by trees, birds of many varieties can be heard and seen. They are considerate birds as they were not heard at night, but regale with song during the day.
g) Privacy: We were whisked to and from the ferry by otherwise magical, unseen and unheard, forces.
Do stay at Skyline Lodge. But don't stay there when we want to stay there, because we plan to go back there and soon. :-)
Lucky me, a month spent in this wonderful suite. I found the suite to be quiet, private, luxurious and self contained, with wonderful scenery. My favorite, a glass of wine on the deck in the evening over looking the town of Gibsons.
Our stay at Skyline Lodge was absolutely exceptional and we can't wait for a chance to go back!
This is a beautiful, bright & spacious suite that has everything you need to have an incredible vacation; spotlessly clean, modern with charm, and a fantastic private patio with a view that pictures truly can't do justice.
The location is absolutely perfect as well. Just a short walk or even shorter driver from multiple beaches and the town centre.
...oh yah, and you won't find nicer hosts!

What an absolute find - This place is a true gem! Everything about this rental home was of very high quality. The luxurious bedding and furnishings made you feel like you were in a 5* boutique hotel, and the attention to detail continues, right from the exceptionally comfortable living and kitchenette area through to towels for the beach, it was all perfect - this place has everything you need. The hosts were super helpful and friendly, and ensured that everything was right for our stay. It was fantastic to sit on the deck and relax with a glass of wine watching the sunset........that goes on forever! and amazing to lie in bed and watch the sun or stars come up!
Its location to Gibsons town was ideal, within just a short walk we could either be in the vibrant centre or chilling out on a secluded picturesque beach. And equally a superb base location for us to Explore the rest of the Sunshine Coast.
Our stay left us feeling rested, revived and desperate to return.
What a gem of a place to stay! My partner and I were very comfortable here. The furnishings and decor are beautiful, and the unit is very clean and well kept. The private patio and gorgeous view are the cherry on top. The beach is a 5 minute walk away, and the walk to Gibsons Landing takes less than 15. We will be back!
