Loved having driveway to get off street. Walked to restaurants, bars and marina across street. Clean and well maintained. Owner super accommodating and came by to make sure we were happy. Wonderful visit overall.
Very nice home. Clean and well furnished. In the heart of Eastport Annapolis in walking distance of everything. Great front porch!!
Great property. Exactly as advertised. I cannot think of one thing that needs improvement.
This house was perfect for our long weekend. Very cute, comfortable, great location within walking distance of everything we wanted to do (and eat) in Annapolis, and the fenced back yard was great for the dogs. We definitely would rent this house again. The only negative is that both queen mattresses were too soft for us. We ended up in the bedroom with the twin beds because they were the firmest in the house!
Stayed in the house with 5 friends as we had a good friend getting married. The house was very spacious and having three bathrooms was key when it was time to get ready for the big day. Had breakfast on the front porch with coffee and breakfast sandwiches from the cafe around the corner. Pull-out couch is in small dem which really makes it like a 4 bedroom and there is another couch in the living room which allowed us to still have a common space.Seth was great, and kind enough to leave us tickets to the local street festival which happened to be one block away. Highly recommend.
Fell in love with this house! We loved the fenced in yard for my granddaughters. The house was immaculate, and with 5 girls, the 3 full bathrooms came in handy! The master bedroom had a ceiling fan, but I would say the two others would benefit from some type of fans as well. Maybe some room darkening curtains or blinds...the sun woke the kids up extra early. But overall, if I came to Annapolis again, this is where I would want to stay.
Our home is located across the street from Back Creek and the Chesapeake Bay, in the Eastport section of Annapolis. Several restaurants and bars are located within 5 blocks walk. Ruth's Chris, Lewnes' Steak House, Boatyard, Davis' Pub are just a few. The Naval Academy and Historic district are a short walk away. The house is located in a wonderful walking neighborhood with just the right amount of day time activity and quiet at night!
