Why Fernando Noguerol Perez chose Ibiza

The house is built to Ibiza style with large windows to enjoy the natural scenery and light.

The villa consists of a main house and an apartment together, with independent entrances.

The main house has two floors divided into three levels:

On the first floor is the living room, toilet, dining room, kitchen with pantry and access to the exit on the barbecue.

On the second floor split level is located on the first floor two double bedrooms and a bathroom. On the second floor there is a living - hall which gives access to the suite with private bathroom and an outdoor terrace facing east with beautiful views of the surroundings and pool, where you can spend pleasant evenings in chat.

The apartment consists of two floors:

On the first floor is the living room, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and a full bath.

On the second floor there is a small hallway which gives access to the bedroom and the bathroom.

Included bed linen, bath towels and pool towels .

Wi- fi.

Bicycle Service (reserve) .

Essential vehicle.

It is located about 16 km from the city of Ibiza and the airport is 20km.

In high season bookings are weekly from SATURDAY to SATURDAY.

Spacious villa

Lovely villa with everything you need. 3 bedrooms in the main house and 1 bedroom in the attached apartment with its own entrance. Quiet area, car is essential but only a short drive to some fantastic restaurants. Pool is gReat for swimming and towels, sun beds etc all provided. Excellent communication from the owners from the time we booked, will return and would recommend.

"The villa was perfect for our needs. We were a group of 2 couples with 2 babies under 1 year. It is in a lovely quiet location and whilst I believe you need a car to see the island we did not find it difficult to reach everything we needed within 15 minutes drive of the villa. Lovely pool which we didn't get to use unfortunately as we felt it a little cool weather wise to jump in. Definitely recommended, Ana and Juan were there to help on the couple of occasions when we had questions. Thank you for a lovely holiday."

Maison très agréable avec piscine ENORME !

Accueil très sympathique par le propriétaire. La communication sur place a été un peu difficile car il parle peu l'anglais, et nous parlons peu espagnol. Heureusement, le fils et la fille parlent bien anglais.

Maison très agréable. Piscine géniale, et accès protégée pour éviter aux petits de s'y approcher. La piscine est vraiment grande (environ 9*9 mètres).

Belle terrasse exposée Nord Ouest, donc bien protégée du soleil, ce qui est appréciable quand il fait chaud.

Champ de citronniers tout autour.

"Muy limpio y puesto con un gusto muy agradable. Se nota que es la parte más fresca de la isla. Lo mejor: la atención y delicadeza de los propietarios. Lo menos bueno: la piscina es profunda en (+ de 1,70m) todo su perímetro, lo cual resta "posibilidades" con los niños."

San Miguel Road, towards playa Benirras

The house is located to 3km to Sant Miquel de Balanzat, is a village that keeps its small size, although it has grown due to tourism. All sorts of services are offered along the main street.

Do not miss a visit to the church, also built on a hill, the same as Santa Eulària’s. It offers wonderful views overlooking rural areas.

The church’s central nave was built in the XVI century. At the end of the century the church was enlarged with the construction of two lateral chapels, Benirrás and Rubió. Beautiful fresco paintings inspired in religious and floral motives were recently found in the chapels. It is the cross shape what makes this church different. However, it is known that, as many other temples, it was erected for religious but also defensive purposes. The cemetery is adjacent to the building.

The house is also to 2.5km of one of the most popular beaches on the island, Playa Benirrás that with its orientation to the West it makes a magic sunsets. It is located in a natural spot of extraordinary beauty and it has a leafy wood with paths that will delight those fond of this discipline. The magical presence of the small island Cap Bernat make this palce really special. Without forgetting its wide gastronomic offer that you can enjoy it!!!!
