Two rooms 4 beds, garden, BBQ, air-cond., Internet, 400mt. from beach

(Machine translation) Two rooms with garden for 4 people on one floor (ground floor) consisting of: Living room with sofa bed and full kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, 1 double bedroom, bathroom with shower, large covered porch, private garden of 50sqm, BBQ, second shower and sink outside.

The apartment is complete with dishes, pots and pans and all the necessary equipment for cooking and serving.

Bed linen and towels are not provided but, if requested in advance, it is possibe to rent them € 15 per person per change. Blankets and bedspreads, however, are provided.

Internet: If requested prior to arrival will be made available to a 3G wifi router with 15 hours per week, including free. For each additional hour of connection to the web will be the cost of 1 Euro.

Apartment completely newly renovated bathrooms, floors, kitchen and furnishings are in excellent condition.

The apartment has a washing machine and AIR CONDITIONING COLD / HOT (silenziosissini conditioners - Daikin inverter.

Parking space in front of the garden on a large communal area.

Garden (private) is completely fenced.

Pets are allowed by arrangement with the owners.

In addition to the rent and fee for final cleaning ADDITIONAL AMOUNTS ARE NOT REQUIRED for the consumption of water, gas and electricity (no air conditioning).

Normally (medium / high season) we rent from Saturday to Saturday and the minimum stay is 7 days.

The booking confirmation is sent after the payment of a deposit.

On arrival a deposit of € 200.00, in the absence of damage, will be fully refunded on departure.

We had a great stay in th...

We had a great stay in this apartment beginning of July 2013. The apartment was clean and had a nice garden and terrace. The kitchen is small but complete. The air-conditioning was surely an extra bonus, so we could cool down during the night from being in the sun all day.

We had a fantastic holiday and are looking forward returning to this apartment next year.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Das Appartement ist wie neu, sehr sauber und entspricht genau den Bildern auf Homelidays, perfekt für einen Urlaub.

Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mit der Überweisung der Anzahlung und der Rückerstattung der Kaution hatten wir gar kein Problem obwohl wir etwas kaputt gemacht haben (zwei Teller und einige Gläser).

Die Region ist sehr schön und wird von vielen deutschsprachigen Touristen besucht.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und entspannenden Urlaub.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, sia per l''appartamento identico alle foto sia per l’ambiente giovanile e sportivo di Porto Pollo, perfetto per le vacanze con la famiglia. Comoda la veranda coperta e il giardino privato recintato regno del nostro labrador. I proprietari sono persone gentili, disponibili e, soprattutto, affidabili. Minimarket dietro l’angolo, bar ristoranti e pizzerie nelle vicinanze mentre farmacia, bancomat, market più grossi e forniti, negozi e servizi vari a Palau (4-5 km). Spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi in 3 minuti. Bellissima vacanza.

Assolutamente consigliato… noi ci torneremo sicuramente.

Sehr sauber und gepflegte Wohnung mit herrlichem Garten, haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt-in der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man zum täglichen Leben benötigt.

Perfekt für Windsurfer und Kiter.

Erwidertes Vertrauen

Wir waren an dieser Unterkunft wegen des guten Preis- Leistungsverhältnisses interessiert, hatten jedoch unsere Zweifel weil die Besitzer die Möglichkeit der on-line Bezahlung ausschlieβen. In Anbetracht der guten Bewertungen und der Anzahl Jahre während denen die Unterkunft bereits auf dieser Webseite präsent ist, haben wir beschlossen, den Besitzern Vertrauen entgegenzubringen. Das Vertrauen wurde voll und ganz erwidert, und wir haben auch die „Servicekosten“ die das Homelidays Portal verlangt, einsparen können. Die Unterkunft, der Ort und schlieβlich die Besitzer haben unsere Erwartungen bei Weitem übertroffen. Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht. Wir hatten unseren Rückflug am Abreisetag sehr früh und mussten die Unterkunft um 5.30 verlassen. Die Besitzer haben uns Ihrerseits Vertrauen entgegengebracht und uns unsere Kaution bereits am Vortag zurückbezahlt.

Tutto al meglio. Super consigliato

Trattative dirette e chiarissime col proprietario: nessun problema per caparra e pagamento senza intermediazione del portale.

Confrontando altro in zona, buon prezzo per la qualità offerta e per la mancanza di supplementi vari.

Gentilissima accoglienza all'arrivo (notturno senza costi extra). Appartamento esattamente come descritto nell'inserzione e foto che corrispondono a quanto ci è stato consegnato. Buonissima la pulizia. Fantastiche le spiagge dei dintorni. Vancanza rilassante e senza problemi. Check-out regolare con restituzione totale della cauzione, nonostante qualche piccolo danno.

Insomma, tutto OK.

A rental car can already be reserved in your place (p.e. Avis, Hertz, Maggiore, etc.) to be delivered in one of the above-mentioned airports or harbours or, alternatively, there are numerous local companies to hire your car on the spot.

In Porto Pollo you can rent bicycles, motorbikes, boats and rubber boats and you can do horse riding. On site you will find diving schools for fantastic immersions within the National Sea Park of the La Maddalena archipelago.

The area is very well known for sail-sports lovers and you can attend special Windsurf and Kitesurf Training Courses.
