About Sophia Prerovsky
I am a designer, an art enthusiast and a gardener. With a passion for fine details, I chose every aspect of this home's design and functionality. A quasi-chef, foodie, who loves to be quiet, yet entertain, the home lends itself to both facets of my life.
Sophia Prerovsky purchased this House in 2003
Why Sophia Prerovsky chose Downtown
It's all about location, quality and elegance. This property is built and designed with the highest integrity, yet is nestled in the most desirable location in Santa Fe, walking distance to the plaza, with an abundance of parking and outdoor space.
What makes this House unique
Just steps from the Farmer's market, rail yard galleries, Whole Foods and the Plaza, this home allows you to experience all of the amenities Santa Fe has to offer by foot, yet is private and peaceful and safe.

Lovely Stay with Lots of Convenience
Our stay was blissfully relaxing and exceptionally convenient to anything we needed in Santa Fe. The house has lovely design details and a romantic coziness that make it a perfect little getaway.
Very comfortable. Will stay again as we are in town often. Thanks!
Beautifully designed, decorated and spacious house for a couple. Perfect location, 10 min walk to Railway yards and galleries and 22 min walk to centre of Santa Fe. Sophie was very helpful. Lovely outside area for eating. loved our stay.
I had a great stay at Casa Sophia - great location and the house matches the pictures online. It was easy to walk to the Railyard and farmers market and several restaurants. The house and garden areas were very peaceful and I enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings. Would love to come back and stay again!
Quintessential Southwest Style
Our host was highly responsive from the day we booked through the completion of our stay. We requested recommendations for area dining and activities, and Sophie promptly steered us in the right direction.
The decor of this adobe abode is artfully put together, and is just what one envisions when thinking Southwest style. Both sophisticated and simple. We enjoyed early evenings in the garden, follwed by cozy nights by the fire. Great stay - Thank you!
Just completed a 3 day stay at Sophie’s place. The home is quiet, serene, beautifully decorated, and with relatively easy access to the Plaza, Canyon Road, and previously unknown to me, the excellent galleries in the “Railyard District” - only about 3 to 4 blocks away. We parked the car at the house upon arrival, and used it not once - as the walk to the Plaza was 10 minutes - 15 when we got pleasantly lost. Other plusses included the tree-ripe plums and apricots in the back yard - though only by virtue of the luck of the season. Aside from the many exceptional galleries, Seret and Sons and Sequoia - both on the route to the Plaza are 2 of the more interesting and inspiring establishments I’ve ever had the pleasure to visit. Highly recommended and we hope to be back within the year. Thank you Sophie for sharing your beautiful home. CeCe and David
