Situated in the "Parc Regional des Mts d'Ardeche", with pin and chestnut forests on one side and the Mediterranean perfumes of the "garrigue" on the other side.You will enjoy to chill out next to the beautiful SWIMMING POOL, 9x4m enhancing the garden. Come and enjoy this little paradise,situated at a TOURISTIC CROSSROAD (Mt Gerbier des joncs, ARDECHE GORGES, Avens..) CLOSE TO SHOPPING CENTERS,but away from overcrowded places! The house is INDEPENDENT of our home. It is an old farm entirely renovated, classified 3***, with very thick walls providing a cool place in hot summer weather.The house is FULLY FURNISHED and NICELY DECORATED, MODERN EQUIPMENT, VERY COMFY(high comfort bedding)and mosquito nets on all windows.Fenced,sheltered and PRIVATE garden,equipped with barbecue, garden furniture,terrasse,umbrella, sun bath, and outdoor games (pétanque balls and its play ground, ping pong table, soccer ball, books)...We will enjoy giving you all the advices to discover the beautiful sceneries and landscapes close by and assure you of a warm welcome ! You are the ONLY ONE TO RENT ON THE FARM, WITH A PRIVATE USE OF THE GARDEN. The village is only 600m from the house, with all basic shopping, doctor and pharmacy available.Many restaurants, rivers, lovely nests of nature, beautiful medieval villages just few km from the house... And the sun is waiting for you

A very warm welcome by the owners and a clean and comfortable property. A lovely swimming pool ideal for cooling off in the heat. The area was peaceful and tranquil and an ideal base for exploring the region. Would we return? - most certainly. Check supply of bed linen and towels or take your own.

"This home was a clean, quiet place with nice surroundings both near and in driving range. Upon arrival we were offered a welcome drink and the hostess brought us culinary gifts throughout the week : fresh produce from their garden, home-made olive oil, homemade jam ... The house was in short driving range of many sights and "villages de caractère". The welcome was very friendly and respectful of our comfort and privacy."

"A real home from home, spotlessly clean, comfortable, with everything you need to hand. Beautiful pool, really cools you down after a long hot day exploring the beautiful area. Delightful owners, despite language barrier we found them very helpful and so friendly. Gite is easily accessable, with large supermarket just down the road which has everything you could ever need. Central position to lots of beautiful little villages to explore, a short drive away wonderful mountain scenery and of course not to be misssed the Gorge itself. Will be going back and telling all our friends about this delightful find."

"The gite is very clean, and absolutely beautifully furnished - everything is brand new and well kept. Lovely views from the bedrooms - and the owners are lovely!! We were looked after fantasticaly well - fresh eggs every morning, veg available from Madame Roure's garden, olive oil made by Monsieur Rour - fantastic! The gite is lovely and homely - like staying with family. The location is unbeatable - everything you could possibly want from the Ardeche is close at hand. The most beautful scenery is all around you, and within a short drive are so many medieval villages I lost count! Highly recommended."

Le paradis tout est au top.la location est superbe très propre il ne manque rien tout est pensé pour que le séjour se passe à merveille .une piscine superbement entretenue.un jardin fleuri,arboré d arbres fruitiers .Un accueil chaleureux de Pierrette et Michel qui sont au petit soin pour nous tout en restant discret.je voudrais ajouter que pour les vacanciers qui ont besoin de la wifi il est possible de l obtenir sur simple demande auprès de Pierrette et Michel..Nous avons passé 15 jours magnifiques .visité des endroits splendides conseillé par Pierrette . MONIQUE ,PASCAL ,LUDIVINE, CELIA
