Beautiful 2 bedroom fully renovated early 2014

Very nice apartment where you will feel at home. This apartment is very modern and accueilant and has been completely renovated early 2014. New pictures are now online. United kitchen to the dining room and lounge provides an area of ​​40 m2. The first thing you notice is the TRANQUILITY of the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with a combi fridge, microwave grill, dishwasher, toaster and all the dishes and plates you may need. The bathroom is equipped with shower. The lounge dining room has an original design with its integrated library in decoration, it offers a flat screen TV with SATELITTE (Astra network), Internet WIFI (Wireless with optical fiber 100MB), a DVD player, a reader CD radio and a very comfortable sofa.

Great apartment in Barcelona

The apartment is in a good location, easy walk to metro, restaurants and supermarket.

Collecting the keys was easy and the helpful hints from Frederic were invaluable.

The apartment is very light and airy, beds comfortable and has everything you need.

Owner's Response: Very nice couple who made every procedure easy and respected all the rules of the house. They enjoyed their stay and we helped them with all the information that required. Left the apartment clean and we hope they decide for our apartment if want to come to Barcelona again.

Cet appartement, très joliment décoré, correspond exactement à notre attente: les photos sont le reflet de la réalité!

Tout est très propre (comme neuf) et l'équipement très complet, jusqu'au sèche cheveux et les produits comme le savon pour le lave-vaisselle, sacs poubelles etc. sont fournis.

Le balcon est très agréable pour boire un dernier verre après une journée bien remplie.

La Wifi fonctionne aussi très bien.

Le petit plus, épicerie au bas de l'immeuble et très bonne boulangerie à une centaine de mètres.

L'accueil à l'agence est très chaleureux et les indications d'accès depuis l'aéroport et reprises sur le contrat sont très claires et bien utiles.

Je recommande fortement cet appartement qui est situé dans un quartier calme et très proche de la Sagrade Familia (on y va à pied en 8 minutes, sans se presser).

Excellent séjour dans le Corcega 2

Avons séjourné cinq jours dans cet appartement spacieux, très propre, à la décoration raffinée et d'un grand confort. Avons apprécié la double fenêtre qui isole du bruit de la rue.

La cuisine est vaste et fonctionnelle, bien équipée (il serait juste souhaitable d'y ajouter une cafetière électrique).

Situé près de la station de métro, on peut relier facilement les différents quartiers de Barcelone et se rendre à pied à la Sagrada Familia et à l'hôpital Sant Pau.

Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement et bien conseillés.

Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre passage dans le Corcega 2.

Appartement lumineux, idéalement situé dans Barcelone, d'une très grande propreté et très bien équipé.

La décoration est moderne et jolie.

Claudia est dévouée et toujours prête à répondre aux questions ! Elle est très organisée, surtout lorsque l'arrivée se fait à un moment où l'agence est fermée.

Very nice apartment

I stayed in the apartment for a couple of days but and I would have loved to stay a few extra days. The apartment was lovely, completely remodeled and as soon as I stepped in it smelled so good and clean. There's subway station just one block away from the apartment, so it was very easy to get to the apartment. I was really surprised to find myself so confortable in the neighborhood as well as with the public trasport of Barcelona.

And of course, the real plus was the office just round the corner, where Frederic and Claudia welcomed me warmly and provided all sorts of information and tips for my stay. Definitely, I would totally recommend this apartment and I will surely come back again and enjoy a little more the magnificent city of Barcelona!

The location of this apartment is excellent and very central just a few minutes walk from the famous SAGRADA FAMILIA, the cathedral architect Gaudi (area eixample) in the center of Barcelona. Right next to the Sagrada Familia is a stop of TOURIST BUS. The area is especially SAFE and QUIET for a stroll after dark. At just 20 meters from the apartment you will find 3 supermarkets, an excellent boulangerie patisserie where you can buy very good croissants for breakfast. From the apartment you can reach easily and quickly in most districts of Barcelona. You have 2 metro lines (Line Lila (II) and Blue Line (V)). The blue line is just 2 minutes walk from the apartment and in 10 minutes you can get to the Pº de Gracia.
