This luxury apartment can be rented by the day and has 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other two with two twin beds each), 2 full baths with showers and a spacious living room-dining room area that spans almost 50 m2 and includes a sofa-bed.

This apartment has an open-style kitchen that comes fully equipped with dishware, an oven-microwave, a glass-ceramic hob, a coffee machine, a toaster, etc. as well as Wi-Fi access and a satellite television.

Next to the Sagrada Familia:

The location in this part of the Eixample neighborhood offers a quiet and pleasant stay where most of the passerby are locals who actually live in the same neighborhood, so you can feel like you’re just another Barcelona city-dweller yourself. Also nearby are 2 of Barcelona’s UNESCO World Heritage Sites known as the Sagrada Familia Cathedral and the Sant Pau Hospital modernist building complex.

The neighborhood is safe and you can find all types of shops, restaurants, bars with outdoor terraces, etc. There are also two metro lines and more than 10 bus lines that can help you easily access the other parts of the city.

Our office is located in the same building and is open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm every day of the week so if you need help or have any questions during your stay feel free to come and ask.

Barcelona is a city from which it is very easy to fall in love. It has been my case more than 20 years ago ... The apartment is located in a family building that we have gradually renovated to offer seasonal rentals. This building has 3 types of apartments, from the studio for 2 people to the large loft for 8 people.

Very good value for money. Modern and well equipped apartments. Quiet but well placed apartments just a few minutes from the Sagrada Familia. A very good assistance during your stay because our offices on plaçe allow us to give you additional information and guide you the best to discover Barcelona.                                                     • The apartment is fully equipped and AIR CONDITIONING CENTRAL HEATING. We provide also a washing machine and dryer and a table and an iron. A baby bed is available if required. The building is equipped with a LIFT. In the same building as the Barcelona apartment rental you will find our office which is open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm every day of the week so we can help you or give you advice on anything you might need to know during your stay in our city.

                                                      This apartment was a fantastic home base for our family of five during our week in Barcelona. It is spacious and full of light, and the decor is both elegant and calming. Our friends stayed in the apartment downstairs and it was perfect to have this option for a group trip. Frederic and his team were excellent and professional hosts. And the location was great: close to metro stops, with nice restaurants and grocery stores within a few blocks. I recommend this apartment highly.

                                                      Spacious, clean, and great location. The bus stop is just outside a few steps away. The metro is a 4 minute walk away. Easy check in and lots of stores and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this apartment. We are a family of 4 and there was more than enough room. Two bathrooms are a plus!

                                                      My family of four stayed here while on holiday. It is in perfect condition. I didn't ask but it must be brand new. It is much bigger than the pictures make it look. There are three large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The large wall to wall windows in the front room were lovely. There is a bus stop right outside the apartment and a metro just around the corner. It is an easy walk to Sagrada Familia. We highly reccomend this place.

                                                      The apartment looked exactly like the pictures and it had everything we needed. It is located near the San Pau/ Dois de Maig train station which was very convenient. I did not meet Frederic, but I had the pleasure of dealing with Jean Marie who was very nice. There are a some supermarkets, cafes, and restaurant around it. It is not near the Ramblas area, but we used the train (metro) to get everywhere. I would definitely stay here again.

                                                      Located in downtown Barcelona this apartment is situated in the EIXAMPLE neighborhood, just a 10-minute walk from the famous church of the SAGRADA FAMILIA, the modernist masterpiece by Gaudi and the most visited monument in Barcelona, and close to the HOSPITAL SANT PAU, a complex of modernist buildings. Both monuments were declared UNESCO World Heritage Sites. At the church of the Sagrada Familia you will find the TOURIST BUS stop, which will take you to see the major tourist attractions of the city. It is a safe and bustling area with restaurants, café terraces and small shops. At night it becomes a pleasant family neighborhood perfect for taking time to relax. The public transportation in the area is excellent with numerous bus stops and 2 metro lines. The metro line nº5 (Station `Sant Pau I Dos de Maig`) is only a 2-minute walk away. You can reach the Passeig de Gracia (one of the main shopping streets that leads to downtown) in just 10 minutes. On the metro line nº2 (Station `Encants`), only a 5-minute walk away, you can go directly to Plaza Catalunya (main square in downtown Barcelona) and the Ramblas (main street downtown in the Gothic Quarter) in 12-15 minutes. These excellent public transportation options, that are easily accessible from the apartment, allow you to reach the main points of interest of the city of Barcelona in just a few minutes.
