There are 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilet and an open-plan kitchen/sitting room with French windows leading outside to a comfortable paved garden area/terrace with furniture for sunbathing, eating and relaxing.

Well located

Great communications from the outset and very detailed arrival instructions. Very convenient location for the port of Marseillan. Lovely secure flat with roller shutters which really keeps the heat out during the day. Secure private parking is a real bonus in Marseillan.

I bought this apartment with my husband in 2015 after having visited Marseillan and falling in love with the area. We visit it as often as we can and let it out to holidaymakers in between our visits.
