About the property

Cottage, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4)

Do NOT miss booking this adorable cottage with stunning view. This highly popular cottage books quickly and is rarely available, it is often booked a year in advance.

Unique, non smoking, home on the Intercoastal Waterway, stunning view from the great room and deck. Marina, shipstore, and restaurant next door. 5 Minutes from Downtown Beaufort, golf courses, Parris Island. 30 minutes to Hilton Head, 50 mins to Savannah, 90 mins to Charleston. Got a boat? This is the perfect place to rent - the Port Royal Landing Marina is next door.

The house is very sunny, bright, and beachy, a little jewel. 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths. It was renovated just 2 years ago. Upgrades included new wood floor in great room, new tile in kitchen, all new appliances and upscale furnishings, decor from Pottery Barn and Crate & Barrel etc. King size bed in master. Twin beds in guest room. THIS IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL RENTAL, there are very few like it.

This rental is constantly in demand. It is very clean, with lots of special touches, and we take care to make sure guests are supplied with things are other rentals don't offer.

Pass the time sitting on the deck with a book and a glass of wine, or just watch the dolphins and boats pass by on the waterway, or the pelicans and osprey diving for fish. Got a boat? You can keep an eye on it at the marina next door right from the deck. You can walk to the marina in just a minute, and have cocktails at 'The Back Porch'. You can even charter a fishing boat there. This is a unique rental opportunity. (7 night minimum stay)

Sorry, Association rules do not permit boat or jetski trailers, RVs, or motorcyles in the driveway. If you plan on bringing your trailerable boat, motorcyle, etc. let us know first-we can try to help find a spot for it!

We had a wonderful vacation with perfect weather.

Our dog, Marty, enjoyed it even more than we did.

The cottage is lovely and very well stocked with every need covered!

Relaxing and perfect

  • 4 of 5

Perfect spot. Quiet and relaxing we parked at the front door and immediately dropped our luggage and headed to the deck. Peaceful and relaxing we watched the dolphins. Enjoyed dinner at the Back Porch restaurant and booked a fishing trip with Captain Wally at the Marina. Easy drive to our favorite places in the low-country. The house is a little dated but clean and well stocked with all we needed. I would not hesitate to rent this house again.

This is an ok place. The deck has the paint peeling off everywhere (therefore do not allow young children on deck). The deck overlooks the water and is next to the main bridge into town. Heavy traffic and very loud. TV would not come on, had to call the person that over sees the property to get it to work. Towels for the kitchen and bathrooms were torn and dingy looking. There was a note on the fridge stating pull handle from the bottom to open. Handle very loose. Please "NOTE" ......take pictures of everything as you arrive or you may not get your deposit back. If you are looking for a peaceful and quiet get away think twice.

A decent place

  • 3 of 5

This house is in a nice neighborhood and has a very well stocked kitchen. Don't expect the deck to be quiet as it is overlooking a very well traveled bridge. The dog next door loves to bark, and on weekends the bar band a few doors down is very loud. The master bedroom has very thin see through curtains-not good at night. The windows could use some shades. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

A Perfect Escape

  • 5 of 5

We stayed at this property last week and fell in love. It's got the old charm of Beaufort but you aren't stuck in a hotel. Loved having space for our kids and sitting on the deck each night. Tuesdi was a great host. Had an issue with the grill and it was replaced no questions asked. Had a slight emergency and she was compassionate and understanding with our delayed departure. From the day I contacted her, this booking was smooth sailing. The pictures are true to the home and the house was spotless.

My kids loved the huge park nearby that was a pirate ship. The local beach is great for exploring but bring water shoes. For more of a sandy beach its a quick drive to Hunting State Park or Hilton Head. If you do book, we fished with Castaway Charters right out of Port Royal and loved it.

Would book again and again.

Retired and looking for paradise......

Absolutely loved our week at this cottage! Grandkids came for Easter Egg hunt from Savannah, and our dog was chill in' like a villain! Great location for exploring Beaufort, Savannah, Charleston, and Hunting With sland. We even checked out Fripp! Looking for a forever home and this was the perfect place to start from! Thank you for sharing your lovely cottage. Even the moon cooperated! We had a full moon each night. Sunrises are a must with coffee on the deck!

My profession has taken me around the world. On my travels I have lived in luxury, such as the Ritz situated at Red Square in Moscow. This cottage (house) was the best by far. It is breath taking when you walk through the front door. The décor is perfect and comfort is uncompromised. The location is a mere hop to local attractions and a short 15 minute drive to the beach. The owners ensure you know where everything is such as medical services and there is a caretaker who is available for assistance with the property. After a day of romping or strolling come home to your getaway and relax on the deck overlooking the Beaufort river with a cool ice tea or glass of wine. Pinch yourself once in awhile to make sure it's not a dream.
