Sunset views, private yard, quiet cul-de-sac and better than a condo complex!
This resort community is located on the west side of the Big Island, about 25 miles north of Kona. The island's best white sand beaches, championship golf courses and the Dolphin Quest at Hilton Waikoloa are only a short 10 minute drive away. Best of all, this house is very inexpensive compared to resort hotels or closely spaced condos.
From our covered lanai; watch the sunset over the Pacific or simply enjoy Waikoloa breezes while relaxing or dinning outside. Speaking of dinning, you can cook to your heart's content in our fabulous kitchen or go out to the many restaurants located nearby.
Our home includes a great room with a 65" flat screen TV as well as 2 other flat screen TV's offering cable and high speed WiFi connectivity. The air conditioned house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people with 1 California King bed and 2 Queen Beds. We also have a rollaway for that "extra" 7th guest.
In our backyard, you can relax in the spa while viewing magnificent sunsets or use the outdoor shower after laying out in the sun. For beach excursions, 6 Tommy Bahama beach chairs are provided along with snorkel gear, beach towels and a ice chest. Need to do laundry? No problem because our laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer. In addition, you will find a iron, steamer, ironing board and detergent.
If golf is your game; enjoy the Waikoloa Village Golf Course at a reduced rate. Simply ask, our property manager for discount cards. In fact, 5 other golf courses are located within 20 minutes of our house. By the way, you are only 15 minutes from the best snorkeling and swimming beaches on the Big Island. If you are a fishing enthusiast, the Kona Coast is world renown for some of the best fishing in the islands. That being said, the whale migration route is along the Kohala coast and viewing points or charter boats are easily accessible from Waikoloa Village. FYI; Whale migration is usually December thru April.

Great house for a getaway!
Perfect house for a family getaway that is stocked with everything needed. Great view of the ocean close to the beach, yet in a perfect quiet neighborhood. Loved the house that this was our 2nd time we rented the house.

Nice place, great location
We very much enjoyed staying at your home. It was very clean and neat. The beach towels, chairs, cooler, and snorkel gear were great. We traveled around every day to new parts of the Island. We visited local beaches, but also the North island and some on the East side as well. Loved the farmer's markets in Waimea for fresh fruits and local items. We enjoyed the deck to watch the sunset. We rarely used the air conditioning because we had nice breezes. I would recommend it for anyone.

Ideal Hawaiian getaway!
We very much enjoyed our stay here. The home was true to its description; very clean, well stocked, and had an amazing sunset view. My husband, myself and our 11, and 14 year old enjoyed the convenience of location and found it perfect to retire at after a long day of sun and adventures. The beach supplies were great and saved us a lot of money! You’re crazy not to book

My Family of four had an amazing 15 days!
What an amazing trip we had and staying in such a beautiful was the cherry on top. The house had everything you would need to feel like you were at home. It was clean and well stocked with everything you would need. We have already booked this home for Christmas next year and are looking forward to another amazing Christmas on the Big Island.

A wonderful stay in May!
My family’s stay for an entire month was made possible by the excellent amenities and great location. Any small hiccups that occurred during our long stay were immediately addressed with Aloha by the property manager. Grilling dinner while viewing the ocean sunset leaves a lasting impression! The beds were large and comfortabe, the cable service (TV and Internet) were faster than my home office on Virginia! The nearby stores and restaurants, with Cosco and Safeway 30 minutes away for weekend shopping made me feel like Kama’aina!
We're delighted that you and your family enjoyed many Aloha moments during your stay and we look forward to your return in the future. You're absolutely right about enjoying sunset views from our lanai and I get a smile on my face just thinking about it. Best wishes until next time when you're in Hawaii.
Beautiful House and Yard
The house and yard were absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood was very well maintained and very nicely landscaped. Also we had a great view of the sunset from the hot tub! We had everything we needed for our numerous visits to the beach, of which there were a few great ones nearby! We loved Waikaloa beach and Hapuna beach! We also enjoyed having the shopping district so close for groceries and restaurants!
The back yard was fairly private, with hedges blocking off most of the views from the neighbors. It was a great spot to lay back and relax at the end of the day on the back porch! Also we loved using the grill to cook salmon picked up from a nearby store!
We rented this house for most of our stay (we also rented a home further east to explore the volcano and black sand beaches), and we would highly recommend it for anyone else! It was a great house in a great location, you can't ask for much more. Thank you for everything!
