The carpet hadn't been vacuumed, there was dust in the corners. The matress on the hide a bed is very poor quality. I can't imagine anyone actually sleeping on it. There are broken drawers and an outlet that is dangerous to use. We also didn't have internet service or the ability to watch tv as comcast was a down. Even the clock radio didn't work. The owner was not helpful, telling us to talk to concierge about internet service. Concierge was adamant that this was the owner's responsibility. The building is nice but there are other condos for rent in this building and I would recommend checking into those.
We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The view was amazing and it was centrally located within the city. I would definitely recommend staying here anytime you are in ATL.
My boyfriend and I stayed here for Thanksgiving break and it was everything we could image. The location is great and right downtown near everything you could think of. The condo was perfect it came with everything we needed. If you are looking for a place to feel like home away from home this is the place.
This VRBO was an emergency rental after our original Atlanta rental turned out to be unsatisfactory. The location in downtown Atlanta is midway between two light rail stops and just blocks from several major attractions. Being on the 23rd floor results in good views (although the best view is from the bedroom). The building staff are helpful and friendly and the three elevators are fast (30 seconds from bottom to top).
We never met Stan but had several phone and email contacts with him before and while we were here. He was helpful and especially accommodating in letting us expand our check-in and check-out times. For the location, facility and price, this is a very good deal. The only criticisms I have are minor and may result from inattention. I'm not sure how often Stan comes into the apartment since it is probably cleaned by building staff. Consequently, burnt out light bulbs, dusty window sills and corners, and difficult window blinds may not get immediate attention. For those who use the kitchen, a little more variety in pots and a couple of dish towels would be helpful.
In all, this was a comfortable and pleasant apartment in a good location.
A good location and price. However, the place could use a new couch and some updating.
The location is great for all of the Atlanta sites. Definitely beats paying more for a hotel downtown. Parking in the garage next door works out good, $18/overnight. The owner was very good to work with, quick to respond and was helpful.
