This 19th Century stone farmhouse, situated 300m from the village, offers peace and quiet. The property has been completely restored by the owners, in the traditional style such as old exposed beams and stone walls, family and antiques furnitures furnished, fully modernised with the requirements of comfortable living.
The house is lived in by its owners outside of the rental season, they speak French plus a little English, and they are always available to offer help and advice if needed.
There is no other accomodation on the property.
L’Erable is a comfortable, well furnished country house.

• Kitchen : large work surface fully equiped with fridge, cooker, toaster, boil and coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher (ample plates, glasses, cutlery and saucepan).
• Dinning room – Sitting room : part with a large old farm table, part with a beautiful fireplace and stone sink.
• Double bedroom : " La chambre West Indies"exposed beams, stone walls, open on the east-terrace.
• Bathroom and WC
• East terrace : breakfast in the sun
• West covered terrace : (with outdoor table and chairs, barbecue) you can eat inside. open on a utility-room with washing machine, second fridge and little shower.
• Two double bedroom : “La chambre Africaine” and " La chambre de la Reine"
• One twin bedded room : " La chambre Isba"
• Large sitting room on this floor), equiped with TV and video
• Bathroom : shower and WC
Ironing board and iron, sheets are provided but not towels.
Olds oaks and mapples, shrubs and littles stone walls, flowers and fruit’trees, large grassy area.The superb large south-facing garden (Isabel is a landscaper), gives shade and beauty to relax in.
Children can amuse themselves with the garden cabin, swing and climbing rope.
There is a shady parking area.

11 m x 5’50 m, 3 gradually steps a depth of 1’80 m. A side for relax, a side for the “sportifs” peoples. Ample terrace with sunbeds.
It is situated in exeptional landscape.
The pool and garden are maintained by the owners, giving you a chance to speak a little French !

Our boutique " Histoires et Jardins" is located in Saint Antonin Noble Val in an old factory, whose volumes lend themselves wonderfully to the staging of furniture.

The rental is ideally located between the gorges of the Lot (Saint Cirq) and gorges of Aveyron (Saint Antonin Noble Val, Bruniquel).
Located in the heart of the region between Cahors, Villefranche de Rouergue, Montauban and Albi. 30 minutes from the motorway.Between Quercy and Rouergue, on the “Causse de Limogne”, unspoilt aréa, Saint Projet is a beautiful village of 200 inhabitants with an impressive medieval château “Refuge de la Reine Margot” (visit).
A rich and authentic cultural heritage, the region was able to preserve a way of life that is found in its cuisine. Any freshness in the valley of the windshield, lined with old mills, will lead you to Caylus and St Antonin Noble Val. Nearby, other medieval village Cordes, Saint Cirq and the gorges of the Lot and Aveyron.The medieval village of Caylus is 10 Kms away (pigeonniers and mill houses along the River Bonnette’s road), stayed on his hillock in a circular valley, with a number of cafes, shops, retaurants, bank, doctors, dentist, chemist and a “cave” where you can buy fine local wine. There is a recreational lake with a good children’s play area.
Locally there are a wide range of leisure activities to suit all ages including canoeing, kayaking, horse-riding, tennis, caving, cycling, rock climbing and fishing. The countrysyde is open to walkers.
Discover the treasure of the Quercy, renowned for its beauty : tiny lanes, wildlife, wild flowers, Lot Valley and Aveyron Valley, prehistoric caves, many chateaux, medieval villages (Saint Antonin Noble Val, Saint Cirq Lapopie, Cordes sur Ciel, etc.). It is a great fruit growing area. Frequents markets are well stocked with quality fruits and vegetables, wine (Cahors, Gaillac), “confit”, “cassoulet”, “foie gras”, “truffes”, ....
There are a feast of village traditions with bands, dance, local crafts, bowls, and firework displays.
Slightly further afield you will find the famous village of Rocamadour, the Bastide town of Villefranche de Rouergue and the Cathedral towns of Albi ( Toulouse Lautrec Museum), Montauban, Cahors and Toulouse.
