Located at the entrance of a charming mountain village with a shaded park, this warm mountain house is ideal for a summer getaway. Nestled in a typical village at an altitude of 1000 meters, it is only 7 minutes from Bagnères-de-Luchon and 15 minutes from the Peyragudes ski resort. The ski lifts of the Super-Bagnères ski resort are also only 7 minutes away. The spa town of Bagnères-de-Luchon is full of life with its many restaurants, bars, and shops. You can discover quality local cuisine and stroll through the lively streets. In addition, the Luchon thermal baths offer a relaxing and wellness experience, ideal after an active day in the mountains.

Enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains from the house, which is nestled in a classified valley. The property has a large shaded park of 3500 m² and a private parking. You can also enjoy the sun on the 80 m² south-facing terrace. The interior is carefully decorated with a mountain atmosphere. Enjoy the numerous hiking trails that start directly from your door.

Beautiful area for cycling!
The house was beautiful and quite large. Although the kitchen was huge, it had the smallest stove/oven which made cooking for our group of 6 difficult at times. I am not sure who the young man was that checked us into the property but he seemed quite bothered with the situation. Perhaps the property managers son? He spoke no English and his rapid fire French could not be slowed down to our level of understanding.

Sejour en demi teinte.
Le logement est grand, idéal pour un groupe famille de 16 personnes (avec enfants et ados). Chaucun dispose de son intimité. Emplacement idéal aussi, proche de la petite station de bourg d'oueil, à 10 minutes de Luchon. Logement conforme aux photos et à la description, néanmoins nous n'avons pu disposer ni du barbecue, ni du salon de jardin (avec une météo à 22°), malgré notre demande auprès des propriétaires. Mobilier moyen, chaises et tables peu stables, à consolider. Cuisinière électrique trop petite pour une maison de cette capacité. Concernant la propreté, les finitions sont à revoir (miettes dans certains plats, bacs à couverts, salles de bain ..). Au niveau de la communication avec le propriétaire, tout s'est fait uniquement par mail, nous ne l'avons pas rencontré. Nous avons rencontré 3 personnes à notre arrivée (certainement les femmes de ménage), puis une autre à notre départ (Karine). Bon .. , trop d'intermédiaires pour de bons échanges. En résumé, nous recommandons ce logement pour les grands groupes, mais nous encourageons vivement un " état des lieux " de la part des propriétaires.
