Recently refurbished with new furniture you will love the roominess and level of luxury that we offer. You have a view of the sea from all bedrooms with generous wardrobe space. The pool area is delightful.The pool is heated and there are adult only times twice a day. We have never seen it crowded.

We are Keith and Linda Hudson, we live in Leicester, United Kingdom.
We are retired and have a horse livery stables over here. Linda likes to ride and I like to fish and restore classic cars. in the winter we love to come to Sanibel to escape the cold weather.
Every year we try to make an improvement to the unit, this keeps it in top condition, last year we painted the unit throughout.
Keith Hudson purchased this condo in 2003
We chose Lighthouse Point because we like the quiet East End. It is convenient for getting on and off the island, and the fishing pier is nearby. We also liked the spaciousness of these units.
Our new enclosed lanai provides an additional seating area away from the main lounge.
We recently installed flat screen HD tvs and a digital video recorder, you can pause live tv and there are some free films, no need to watch adverts any more.
We had the most wonderful time and the apartment was amazing. I went
fishing everyday. The shops were fantastic. We'll come again and
hope were fortunate enough to get this apartment again. We were steps
from the beach and we walked from the gulf side to the other side for
fun and then walked around the peninsula to the other side. Thanks so

We have visited Sanibel many times but this was the first time we've stayed at the lighthouse end of the island. This condo complex is as close to the fishing pier and lighthouse as you can get. Every evening we would watch the sunset from the pier, a five-minute bike ride away, or from the bay beach thirty yards away. The pier was fun any time of day, always lots going on. The Gulf beach is a five minute walk. Our one day of windy, dark weather I watched spectacular kite surfers there. The Lighthouse Cafe, an island favorite breakfast place, is just half-a-mile away. There are no traffic jams on this end of the island. Periwinkle Way to the north of the causeway can be dreadful at certain times of day. We had two-week bikes, actually trikes, rented from Billy's Rental, an awesome outfit--4,000 bikes and great service.
The condo was wonderful. The photos show it well. Living there was very pleasant and easy. The rooms are light, airy and open, partly because most of them open onto the lanai. I enjoyed communicating with Keith. He was always helpful and responded quickly to any question I had. We had one bathroom leak but Sanibel Holiday took care of it incredibly quickly. If this condo is available next year at a time that works for us, we would love to go back and have our son and his family join us. It would accommodate the six of us very well.
The condo was perfect, it was situated within an easy walk to the beach, had lovely views from the lounge and Lanai, was so well equipped it was like home from home. The condo was clean and a pleasure to stay in, It exceeded our expectations.
We all said we would definitely return.
This is a nice, large space with plenty of light. The condo is very quiet and having the lanai enclosed during our time of cold and rain was nice. When we had a problem with the furnace, we were helped immediately. The managing company is very friendly and helpful.
We're staying here with our (very naughty) 1 year old and it's absolutely perfect. The apartment is huge, the fridge is even bigger, and with 21 steps to the beach...perfect!
We are eagerly anticipating our sixth return visit to this wonderful condominium! We know we will find clean, spacious, beautifully decorated interiors with the most amazing view of the causeway and of spectacular sunsets from the living room sofa or lanai. Turn left out the front door and San Carlos Bay is just 30 seconds away; turn right and the Lighthouse beach on the Gulf of Mexico is across the street. The pool is lovely, never crowded, and we enjoy the woodpeckers who seem to visit the palm trees by the pool when we do. When we return from our day at the beach, it's wonderful to be on ground floor level with a washer/dryer right in the condo and a fully equipped kitchen. I cannot imagine coming to Sanibel and not staying here.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful condo. It was even better than we imagined and exceeded our expectations in all ways. We had everything we needed and appreciated the well stocked kitchen for preparing our meals. The ladies loved the ground floor location as no stairs to climb and just simply open the patio door and walk to the beach. The covered car park right at the door was also a added bonus.
The condo is very spacious and was very clean and well organized. The beds were comfortable. Having a laundry room was very helpful and convenient. We enjoyed the use of the beach chairs and noodles too.
The location on the island itself was perfect with easy access on and off the island but mostly that close distance to the beach was perfect for us as I was travelling with my elderly mother and another elderly friend.
The pool area, buildings and grounds were all very carefully maintained. The decor in the unit made us feel we were definitely in a tropical location with the choices of decorations and furniture.
As three women travelling on our own, it was safe and secure and very peaceful too.
The weather was just perfect here as we left Eastern Canada with two feet of snow on our decks so it was a perfect spot to get away with every day forecast of no snow.
My favorite spot was the very comfortable sunroom or lanai. It was perfect any time of day and the sunsets were breath taking.
We thank you very much for the opportunity to make this our home for our holidays and we would love to stay again.
