Less than 6 km: STATION Val Thorens, the snow hill station open from December 15 (ETE and ski WINTER for amateurs).

    1 - APARTMENTS

                     

       

 Our apartments are located on the slopes, in a quiet Chalet Residence in the heart of the resort, just below the center of the Croisette. Free parking down the residence.

  - The tasteful apartments are comfortable and TBéquipés. NIGHT in part, the ground is carpeted, and the high quality bedding (box spring mattress, blankets), winter duvets are provided IKEA.

  - For your evenings, we provide you with a SONY HD TV / 80, scraper apparatus, fondue machine, magazines, books, and various board games.

  - The apartments are subject annually to a control, followed by a complete revision, before the holiday.

2 - DESCRIPTION APARTMENT 4 PERS.

- 1 new KITCHEN-PREPARATION (IKEA equipment 2013): Table 4 induction lights (quick cooking) - convection oven - hood - microwave - refrigerator - sink tray - drip - tap therm - vacuum cleaner - electric coffee maker. - Electric kettle. - Toasters - raclette machine - fondue device - other appliances - complete kitchen battery - beautiful dishes.

- 1 ROOM - STAY - Room: with dining area (4 pers.) - 1-vaissellier cabinet - 1 sofa lounge (3 seats on the day), convertible into beds at night (2 single beds (80x200) or bed Double (160x200), as needed - 1 TV SONY Haute./ 2013 definition, flat screen TNT / HD / 80cm - wall decoration - Individual heating.

- 1 BEDROOM separated by sliding partition wall: equipped with 1 living room sofa (3 seats), convertible into beds at night, 2 single beds (80x200) or double bed (160x200), as needed - 1 wardrobe - 1 chest - hooks - bedside lamp - individual heating.

In this apartment 4 pers., You have two separate rooms for the night, with electric heating. in each room.

- 1 BATHROOM: bath - shower - large sink - auxiliary heating.

- 1 toilet - 1 balcony.

- Entry - 1 HOUSE-CABIN (sleeps 2 people): equipped with 2 bunk beds 1 pers. (90x190) - convenient - coat hooks - bedside lamp - individual heating.

- 1 BEDROOM INDEPENDENT greater, (sleeping 2 people), equipped with 1 double central bed (140x200) - 1 wardrobe - bedside - lamp - individual heating.

The apartment is great +

- The food-preparation is separated from the living.

7 - CONDITIONS - RATES - AVAILABILITY:

 - Rental prices: CLICK rates (above picture chalet)

 - RETIRED / MEMBERS - FNAC - MAAF: 12% discount on rental and services (except school holidays) quoted prices and costs are net after 12% discount deducted.

- 50% deposit paid on booking (by check or bank transfer cashable).

- The Balance 50% + cleaning (if selected) will be paid at least 35 days before the start of the rental.

- Deposit check (separate) 300 € (not cashed to attach to balance or bank transfer).

- Availability: CLICK availability (above picture chalet)

INFORMATION:

 - Cleaning € 55. The not deemed insufficient or cleaning fee € 55 or € 75 next apartment (normal price) deducted from the deposit.

- Tourist tax € 0.99. per night, per person, from 13 years.

le appartment est tres bien. very clean

We had a wonderful holiday in le jettay apartment. It was very clean and very well equipped. The views were wonderful from the balcony and the apartment was well located near shops, bars and restaurants. We would definately stay there again.

Chaleureux nid pour famille ou amis

Le propriétaire avec qui le contact a été très agréable n'avait pas menti sur la qualité des prestations offertes par ce très accueillant petit appartement au pied des pistes et de la station. La location est idéalement équipée, la literie particulièrement confortable et impeccable, la vaisselle complète et d'excellente qualité, les possibilités de rangement sont suffisantes. Les précisions, plans d'accès, informations station diverses fournies avant le départ sont tout à fait appréciables. La société chargée des formalités d'accès et de départ est ponctuelle et efficace. Petit bémol : la porte-fenêtre est mal isolée (mais l'appartement est très bien chauffé) Frigo d'excellente qualité (glaçons possibles). Sol principalement couvert de moquette propre et aspirateur de bonne qualité fourni. Modes de cuisson variés et ustensiles d'excellente qualité (poêles impeccables entre autres) Le tout dans une station commode, aux activités multiples, familiale et dynamique, au coeur d'un domaine skiable idyllique et impressionnant. J'y retournerais assurément.

A conseiller !

Nous avons séjourné dans l'appartement n° 111 avec vue sur la montagne. La description est parfaitement conforme, nous étions deux et avons passé un très agréable séjour. La cuisine est très bien équipée (grande taque de cuisson, four, micro-onde séparé, appareil à raclette, appareil à fondue, etc.). La toilette est séparée de la SDB et la chambre est séparée par une cloison mobile.

Les pistes sont situées juste en dessous de l'immeuble.

Les propriétaires sont très réactifs, merci à eux.

Bref, allez-y les yeux fermés !

Tout simplement parfait !

J'ai passé un merveilleux séjour grâce à la météo mais aussi grâce à l'appartement qui correspond en tout point au descriptif :

- La situation du logement est facilement accessible lors de l'arrivée et permet un accès direct aux pistes aux remontées mécaniques.

- Le logement est propre et très bien équipé. Idéal pour 2 à 3 personnes

- La communication et les transactions (virements, échange des clés, caution, ...) avec les propriétaires sont sérieuses et très faciles surtout lorsque l'on vient de l'étranger.

- Une agence est disponible à proximité en cas de pépin.

appartement parfait pour 4 pers., bien situé

Taille de l'appartement parfait pour 1 famille de 4 pers., le coin nuit séparé est appréciable. Salle de bain très petite mais vu que les WC sont séparés cela ne pose pas réellement de problème.

Bonne situation au pied des pistes, on peut facilement se garer à côté de la résidence, commerces à proximité et la livraison du pain à domicile est très agréable.

Seuls points à améliorer: linge de maison indiqué sur le site Abritel et ce n'était pas le cas + appartement occupé par des fumeurs juste avant et donc un odeur de tabac froid très désagréable. Une sèche serviettes dans la salle de bain serait également un plus.
