About the property

Ideally located. At 9 rue des Belges.

This building of beginning of century entirely remakes last year is located on a small street right in face' the Palate of the Festivals.

Thanks to the large windows and the western exposure (outline sea), the apartment is very sunny.

All the windows have the electric travelling shutters for your suitability, thus the sun will not awake you.

Each room has its bathroom with hairdryer.

You also have in the 2 bedrooms the LCD TV and reader dvd in one of them.

In the great stay you also have a Lcd with the reader of DVD and the access at high speed of Internet in wi-fi.

Naturally there is air-conditioning for the hotter days in the summer.

The sofa can also be employed to provide a bed for 2 additional guests.

The kitchen is entirely equipped with the washing machine, the dishwasher, plates vitro and the microwaves.

The apartment was entirely remakes (january 2012) in noble materials : walls in painting stuccos, ceiling tended with spots, parquet floor merbau, double glazing.

Baby bed rental is not included in the price and has to be booked.

The prices are for a week from saturday to saturday.

For a different week, the price could be higher, and is not always possible.

For a short stay, the price is not calculated on prorata from the weekly price. But it will be a daily price, higher.

After the visit of 2015 we decided to come back again in 2016. Again we are very satisfied of the good customer service. As mentioned the location is ideal to visit the interesting part of Cannes. Everything was well organized and the communication acces is very good. We had a beautifull week in Cannes and come back in 2017. Well done et au revoir, Amadeus

"The apartment was very clean and it was presented very accurately on the website. Everything that was listed on the website was there when we arrived in person and in perfect working order.

We had a wonderful trip and the apartment was perfectly situated. Everything to see in Cannes was available to us within short walking distance to the apartment including the amazing beaches of Cannes.

The owners of the apartment were very hospitable and very nice. They were accessible at all times (night and day) and even met us for dinner while we were in Cannes! They also met with us personally upon our arrival and provided us with some very helpful recommendations of what to see and what to do during our holiday.

I highly recommend staying in this apartment and I hope to come back again and stay there next summer."

L'accueil est super.

L'appartement est très propre et très spacieux.

Bien équipé, tout ce qu'il faut dedans.

La plage est en face.

Le supermarché à 2 minutes à pieds

Et plein de boutiques et de restaurants dans le quartier.

A well located appartment with a nice interiour.

We enjoyed the location and liked the good appartment. The communication is excellent and everything was well organized. Nice furnitured in a good shape. Also very clean with good working equipement.

We intended to visit the same apprtment next year !!
