Modern decor, 3 bedroom suite that sleeps six. One king bed, one queen bed, one double futon sleeper one twin futon sleeper one bathroom complete with tub & shower. The kitchen has breakfast bar and eat in dining for six. Complete with dishwasher, stove with double oven and ample counter space, preparing meals is a breeze. Large living area.
The home includes exercise equipment, a ps3 game system, 3 TVs , cable, WiFi and a phone for local calling.
This Family friendly Private home has a wraparound deck and sunset views while being only 5 minutes to downtown. 2 blocks to the Southwest LRT station makes for easy public transport access and main roads are only couple of minutes away.

I rented this house for family visiting Calgary. It worked out perfectly. Had everything we needed. It was very practical and great for a large group. A good sized kitchen, living room, and dining room with lots of seating. The unit is clean and bright with lots of windows and a patio. Overall very impressed and will rent again if given the opportunity.
This place was great. It was close to everything that we needed, and no outside noise gave us peace and quite when it was wanted as well.
Stores less than 5 minutes away, and downtown less than 10 minutes as well made it great if we wanted to go meander around for a bit.
I would totally rent this place again when thinking of coming to Calgary, everything was simple and strait forward during the rental process as well.
Property was great, big and clean. Family of 8 had enough space, kids had toys to play . Easy access to many anenities esp downtown Calgary. Will rent this place again .
Great place to stay while we and some friends were down in Calgary for the Expo. Close to the grocery store and library and a short walking distance to the LRT station and quick ride to downtown. There were five of us staying and other than wishing we had a second bathroom at times it was very roomy. My only critique would be that the bed in the master bedroom is very hard and sort of feels lopsided when you lie on it, but other than that I'd recommend!
The Good! ….the property itself was a great location. Easy access to downtown, which is what we were looking for - and it had lots of space for the 6 of us to stay and entertain additional people. The owner is quick to respond to questions before arrival, and was able to accommodate our late arrival.
The Uncomfortable! …we arrived late (around 11PM) but had no light to find the lockbox. Wandering around a the yard of a
strange house with flashlights was a bit of an uncomfortable start. Upon entering we were surprised to see security camera video feed on a TV screen in the kitchen… Not a bad thing, but again - uncomfortable.
Things to know!
…the owner requires you and every person staying at the property to supply their name, drivers license/passport number and signature. This means you'll be required to complete a form, which will mean you'll need to meet with the property manager. As long as you don't have any appointments in the evening the first night you arrive - you should be fine. But try to make sure that you're available after 5PM to fill out paperwork.
…the building manager lives below the property (basement).
…beds are very hard. Good for most of the people we stayed with, but of note from every person we had staying with us.
…parking is limited. They request you not park in the driveway, or in front of the neighbours houses. When you have more than two vehicles, it's a little tight.
…Dunegal Irish Pub isn't far from the property - and is lovely! Great variety of beer and other drinks, good food and a lovely atmosphere.
…it will take the full 14 days for you to receive your deposit back.
All things considered, I wouldn't stay here again. While nothing went wrong, there were enough inconveniences and too many things that were uncomfortable to warrant staying again. The price and location were right for this trip, but if doing it again I would splurge for a different location.
Private country surroundings around you while being 5 minutes to downtown Calgary. Minutes to the LRT train station and main roads. 30 minutes to Bragg Creek and Elbow Falls and 40 minutes to Nakiska skiing.
