We have stayed at the Loft several times now and keep coming back! It is a wonderful home base for us when visiting Geneva for our son's lacrosse and parent events. We love the flexibility of having the little kitchen and living room, and especially the walkability to downtown and campus. Anne is a fabulous hostess and thinks of all the creature comforts when we visit, down to fresh flowers and plenty of Keurigs. Also whenever I come home from the Loft I want to throw away all of our sheets and towels and buy whatever Anne has, hers are the best! The stairs are not for the faint of heart but we find that it is worth the climb. Thanks for another terrific visit, looking forward to the next one!
Stayed in the top suite for Hobart parents weekend. Perfect place to enjoy downtown and the college. Clean, neat and comfortable. Thank you Annd and Jerry!
We stayed in the Loft at Park Place for my wedding and it was absolutely perfect. The space is beautifully decorated and so unique--my getting ready photos are going to look fantastic with Park Place as the backdrop.
Super easy check-in and check-out, plenty of space, and in a prime location to everything in town.
10/10, would definitely stay here again, and I kind of wish I just lived there all the time!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Park House Geneva! Both Anne and Jerry were wonderful hosts. Jerry met us at the property to show us around and give us some local advice on restaurants and attractions. We rented 3 of the 4 units and all of them were very well-equipped. We personally stayed in The Loft on the 4th floor and it was very private. Only "complaint" would be that the bathroom is very small, but the huge kitchen made up for that! The location was perfect. We were able to park right out in front of the unit and were only a brief 5 minute walk to downtown Geneva. Great restaurants and quaint little Antique shops. We attended a wedding at Lake Geneva and it was just a short drive down the road. We would highly recommend Park House Geneva to all of our friends and family and look forward to coming back in the near future!

My wife and I staid here for 3 nights and had a very nice first time visit to the Finger Lakes region. The top story suite is very nicely furnished and decorated. The owners were very kind and welcoming with some great tips for places to visit. The location near downtown Geneva is ideal as you can walk to restaurants, cafes, bars, etc. The many vineyards, lake activities, etc. are all just a short drive down the road as well.
I would warn people that it is the top floor and there is no elevator. Not a big deal for us, but perhaps older folks or people with knee/back/etc. issues might find this inconvenient (just pick one of the other great suites on the lower floors if that's the case). Also, there isn't central air so on a hot summer day it can get pretty warm on this top floor unit. There is one window AC unit in the living room that we blasted at night along with a floor fan in the living room.
Definitely recommend this spot and give my thanks to the Buckley's for a very nice stay.
A group of college girlfriends reunited for our five year reunion and stayed at the perfect place, the Loft. It was absolutely impeccably decorated. We even took pictures as it inspired us to decorate our own homes! The kitchen was a wonderful asset as we were able to refrigerate appetizers and wine, and the view from the 4th floor was incredible. Every little detail was taken care of and we loved the private atmosphere. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a getaway. Thank you Anne!
