Groceries right around the corner. Private Parking Space right in front of the building.

This condo is super comfortable and you will feel at home immediately. Because I lived there during many years, I furnished and equipped the appartement as my own house and not only for short term rental. The beds are very comfortable and so is the the sofa, the bedrooms are vey big and the open space living room-dinning room-kitchen is very lively.

Master Bedroom: King size bed, ensuite bathroom, ensuite walk-in closet, Individual AC and ceiling fan

Guest bedroom: One Double bed + One Single bed, custom closet, ensuite bathroom, Individual AC and ceiling fan

About Veronique Lalonde

I lived in Playa del Carmen during many years and bought this condo where I lived during the last 5 years I was there. Because of the nature of my work (computer oriented) I worked most of the time from home. The internet connexion is excellent and the quietness of the neighbourhood just perfect! I am now back in Montreal, Canada but I go to the condo 4-5 times per year because I love Playa del Carmen but also to make sure the condo always keeps the same level of comfort and quality.

Great location! The condo is close to everything. Supermarkets, restaurants, services, 5 minute walk to the 5th Avenue, 10 minute walk to the popular beach clubs, etc.

Big rooms! The bedrooms are spacious with ensuite bathrooms in each room

Open space! The Living room, dinning room and the kitchen is an open space.

Private terrace on the rooftop! Who doesn't love to have a private rooftop to be quiet, read, chill, have drinks or even dinner. The terrace is quiet, fresh and cosy.

A comfortable, well situated, clean modern apartment

I have lived in Playa del Carmen for 10 years and wanted to rent some where just for a short 6 week period due to having return to the U.K. This apartment is probably one of my most favourites I have lived in in Playa. Close to Avenue 30 gives you the feel that you are in real Mexico. Five minutes walk to the Mega supermarket, shops and local Mexican restaurants. Its is situated on a quiet street but there were times when all the neighbours dogs across the street all start barking at the same time very loudly but this is a normal thing to have to put up with in Playa.

The apartment was immaculately clean with quality furnishing. It was airy with lots of natural light. Well stocked with plenty of kitchen items. A comfy large sofa, comfy beds and quality towels and bed linen.

The roof terrace and balcony are perfect places to relax. The apartment is a ten minute walk to the beach.

The property manager Marie is fantastic. She lives in the same building so is available immediately if there were any problems.

I would highly recommend this property and look forward to renting it again in the near future.

Cleaning Fee $31.48
Refundable damage deposit $275.44

For every stay, all services are included such as the Wifi Internet, cable tv, water and gas (for the stove and dryer).

For the electricity, for short term reservations (3 to 27 nights) the rental rate includes 150Kw of electricity usage per week. the excess usage will be charged to the guests respecting the CFE, local electricity company’s rates.

For long terms stays (28 nights or more) electricity is not included. Upon arrival at the condo and during check-in, a picture of the electricity meter will be taken and upon departure at check-out another picture will e taken to verify the consumption during the stay. The guests will then pay accordingly with the CFE, local electricity company’s rates.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
