My husband and I were born and raised in North Vancouver BC. After living throughout Vancouver in our university years, we moved back to the 'Shore' in 2008 where we built/ renovated an old Grand Boulevard home into a brand new Craftsman home where we are now raising our 5 year old boy and 8 year old daughter. Quiet great location with good street parking

The unit is showing some wear. Cutlery should be replaced as well as the coffee maker. Our hosts were quick in responding to requests and arrangements for arrival and move in were excellent.

Wonderful apartment. Terrific location.

Our family of four had a terrific stay at this North Vancouver apartment. It was exactly as pictured online and was very clean and well furnished. Kim and Justin were exceptionally communicative before and after the stay; they made it easy to book and facilitated an early arrival. They also were very accommodating of our family dog, which we sincerely appreciated. We spent a lot of our weekend out and about. The apartment was in a fabulous location, within walking distance to stores and restaurants and a short drive to Vancouver or tourist attractions to the north. We found it was just right to come back to at the end of a long day and provided a homey, comfortable and casual place to relax.

Bright, clean modern apartment!

When we opened the door to Justin and Kim's apartment we immediately felt at home. The wine and flowers were such a lovely touch! The apartment was very clean and bright, everything that we needed was there including some extras. They had an information binder with details on places to visit, the bus route, taxi phone numbers etc. It was quite helpful. While we were there (Aug 8-16) the weather was very hot it was nice to come back to a "cool" apartment.

The location is within 15 minutes walking distance of shopping, markets and great restaurants, we would defiantly recommend this property.

The listing was very thing we had hoped for and more!

Clean, central and welcoming suite!

We really enjoyed our stay in this suite with our 2 yr old son. We had everything we needed and more. It was clean, quiet and very central to coffee shops, grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, parks, etc. We had tons of privacy, but when needed, Kim was available. Can't say enough good things about this place. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to our friends who will be vacationing in BC this Fall.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

If I could give this 6 stars I would. The property is well maintained and exactly as described. My sister and I were looking for a quiet place to escape the 4th of July fireworks in the US for ourselves and our dogs. We certainly found the perfect place. There is a wonderful park just 2 blocks away for walking the dogs besides the neighborhood being very nice. I felt very safe walking around. It is also close to a wonderful shopping area and conveniently located to downtown Vancouver. I would stay here again in a heart beat. Hopefully again next year.
