Flat land with panoramic view in villa, comfort and calms

The apartment is located in a house of architect built on a nearby hill of a village, which offers beautiful views of the valley we see the confluence of the Ardeche and the Rhone, the view over the Pre-Alps, to the Mont Ventoux

The house is built with quality materials that ensure thermal comfort. It consists of two completely independent adjoining apartments, one of which is leased to the year.

The apartment is very bright (South West oriented). It has a completely independent access, a large private courtyard and a large garage

It consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen: hood, self-cleaning oven; microwave, etc ... and of course, all the necessary utensils.

In this room is a sofa bed (BZ with sleeping comfort **** for two)

The room, spacious and well separated from the living room with a double bed and a large cupboard, has an additional extra bed (folding bed 1 place)

This apartment is furnished with taste and new furniture and quality

The bathroom (shower and washbasin) and WC with wash basin are in two separate rooms

The courtyard has a garden, a barbecue, deck chairs and a hammock. You always have a shaded area regardless of the time of day.

From numerous outlets are nearby. First the Ardèche Gorges (10/15 minutes) be it for a canoeing or simply swimming. You will find many natural sites (caves and sinkholes, classsés villages, natural sites, Chauvet cave exhibition ... Farther but only 1 hour drive from numerous excursions the Pont du Gard, Nimes, Avignon, Arles and the Camargue ...

You will enjoy the surrounding nature, the Midi sun, swimming in the Ardeche, the long summer evenings around the barbecue, the many excursions and sports activities such as rafting, caving, mountain biking, climbing ... .

Location conforme à sa description. Repos et calme. Accueil impécable. Manque une terrasse en dur sinon le hamac très apprécié. (1 parasol). Maison très fraiche. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Owner's Response: Nous allons aménager le sol sur un petit coin en extérieur. Ce ne sera pas du dur, car le charme de cette maison vient de son intégration dans son environnement naturel, mais cela apportera encore plus de confort pour votre séjour
