Kitchen totally equipped, 2 complete bathrooms, private back yard and common pool with and BBQ area , it includes towels, linens, and all kitchen amenities, air acconditioners in each bedroom and sailing fans in all the bedrooms and living areas. Located in a new residential area that is safe and quiet. Only ten minutes by car. Half a block from here there are a convinience stors, restaurant, laundry service, close by there is avenue with public transportation passing often.

Not a happy camper

I rented this condo for just over two weeks in April, it was clean enough but all utinsels and cooking pots were of low quality, it did have two bedrooms but only one had a closet. There were two baths but one was accessed from the back patio where no kind of seating was available, we asked for a couple chairs but never did receive any.

We asked how far to fifth avenue and the beach and were told about eight minutes, weren't told by car so it was a cab there and back daily, it was a half hour walk to nearest grocery store one way or a taxi again. The owner offered to pick us up at the airport for a fee which was nice but turned out to be more than a regular taxi, and there is also an additional charge for power we were not made aware of. My travelling buddy came down with health issues and had to fly home early and no refund was given

Owner's Response: The guest books my apartment for one month (March 30th to April 29th)… This reservation was closed since December 1st of 2014… Before we close it he ask me some questions about location, nearest stores etc… and I answer every question he made by emails and also by phone.   ·         In this website said that all the visitors must paid the bills of electricity, so we take the reading before and after (check in & check out) and this must be paid with the deposit. ·         When I pick them up at airport I wait more than 3 hours and of course I pay the parking fee, regarding the transportation (airport – apartment), I give them the price and they accept it before they travel to México. ·         When we make the Check In we read and check an inventory of the entire apartment so the visitors can confirm that everything is working well and also are in excellent shape… They sign and accept that everything is accordingly what I offer in this website. Regarding the bathrooms (two of them) they are more than ok, my kitchen tools and stuffs are almost new, good quality & brands, and the coffee machine is brand new. ·         The problem with the chairs was that Mr. Ken wants me to buy two chairs for the backyard but I’m not obligate to do it if these chairs never have been offered eider in this website or emails or phone calls… ·         The corner store (24 hours) oxxo is 1 block away from the apartment… Is 2 or3 minutes by walk and also a laundry and pizza restaurant are by the side of this oxxo store; also there is a mall 1/2 miles away. ·         Several times I insist that I was available to any complain, situation or problem with my apartment or things of my apartment, so they contact me once to fix the T.V. System (Sky) and I help them but they never tell me anything else, I mean, there was no complain during the days they use my apartment. ·         About the location I always explain my customers that the map that this website use is wrong, so I always send a correct map by email…I already ask this website to fix it but until now is the same. ·         April 15th I receive an email from Mr. Bruno telling me that his partner was sick and that they will leave Mexico and go back Canada the day after, so we program the check out and when I was there, I read the electricity and give him an amount of it, so he ask me to give him back his $200 Canadian Dollars so he can give me the amount in Mexican Pesos but as soon as I give him the money he turn back and sa
