Great Tannhauser Condo just remodeled with incredible mountain views ready for your enjoyment! With 800 square feet this condo is one of the most spacious that you will find for the price! This unit is one of only three in the entire complex that offers an extra window for spectacular mountain views! Wi Fi Available!

A full kitchen awaits you for your cooking enjoyment, including a Keurig coffee maker, so bring your favorites! A supermarket is located just behind the complex, or if you want to dine out, you can walk to some of the many restaurants that line main street.

The main street location allows for perfect access to downtown shopping, the slopes, year round concerts, festivals and fine dining. Just park the car once and you can walk everywhere! You will be close to many walking and biking trails and of course, the ski lift! You can walk across the street, enjoy a hot cup of coffee, eat breakfast and hit the slopes. Afterward, walk back and enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub or sauna!

Spend the evening relaxing on the deck watching the beautiful sunset over the mountains. During the day you can watch skiers coming down the mountain or just enjoy the spectacular scenery! You can also watch the 35-inch Flat Screen TV. There are plenty of movies to view, games to play, puzzles to work, all next to a warm fireplace! The condo can easily sleep up to six to eight people. There is a king sized bed, 2 queen beds and a queen sized sleeper sofa. Each bedroom also has a Flat Screen TV.

You can shuttle to this location from the airport and also have shuttle service to get you to other ski areas, an Outlet Mall and surrounding towns! If you enjoy gambling, there is a shuttle service to historic Black Hawk and Central City. Breckenridge offers so much year round entertainment. From skiing in the winter to horse back riding in the summer, you will have lots of activities to choose from! There is Wi-Fi available!

About Jeff Stewart

My wife Suzanne and I met in Denver in 1992. She used to live and work in Breckenridge for several years. She taught skiing and eventually moved to Denver where we met. We both have always liked Breckenridge and hoped that we would eventually own a property in town. After a lot of research and staying in different places we decided that Tannhauser was a perfect fit for us. Tannhauser had just gone through a renovation of its exterior and we put in a lot of upgrades and personal touches to our condo. It was important for us to furnish our place in a way that we would feel very comfortable, as well as our guests. The location has been our favorite part of owning this condo. It has been so handy for walking to the slopes and just enjoying the activities along Main Street. Suzanne's brother also lives in Breckenridge and is the owner of Michael's Italian restaraunt which is just around the corner. The best Italian food in town!

Location was a very important factor for us in choosing this location as we wanted to avoid driving as much as possible. Everything from dining to skiing is within walking distance.

Beautiful views and great location!

This condo is in the very best location and is nicely decorated and well stocked with all the necessary kitchen items. We enjoyed stepping out our front door and being steps away from restaurants and shopping. There is also a grocery store a half a block behind this condo. Also, we brought our lab & golden and the Carter Dog Park is just a few blocks up from this condo! We look forward to next summer. Will defiantly rent this condo again.

Nice condo right downtown Breckenridge

We stayed here for 4 nights in July--2 adults, 2 kids, and a large dog. We had a GREAT time. It's located right at the end of Main street so easy access to lots of shops and restaurants with a grocery store a block away and a dog park about 3 blocks' walk in Carter Park. There are a lot of other dogs staying at this property as well. The town is oddly overly dog-friendly--you can even take your dog up the gondola.

Location is ideal. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking just about anything and the condo is clean and relatively well maintained.

We had a little trouble checking in since the office was closed, so I'd get the access code before you arrive if possible, but Jeff and the office staff were very responsive

EXCELLENT LOCATION/ VERY COMFY AND COZY

We were in Breckenridge for a few days to get married at Sapphire point overlook. I found this condo and knew i had to have it for our place to stay. It was definitely just as the pictures show on the website. Very well maintained, close to all shops and restaurants.

During our stay in June on the end of the condo units closest to the road there was a mother fox and her babies that were staying under the porch area....it was very cool to just watch all the baby foxes play outside, definitely a tourist attraction for all kinds. They were fun to watch and we got a lot of fun photos.

The view on the balcony is absolutely perfect....especially at night when the town was lit up.

Family was able to visit the day of our wedding and they all also commented how nice the place was. Definitely would do it again in a heartbeat. The owner was very prompt at communicating with us and we were able to get in a little earlier to unload our stuff. I would recommend this place to anyone who does not want to drive anywhere, it definitely was within walking distance to everything!!!!

awesome views & location

Easy walk to everything in town. The views were incredible, either while sitting in the living room or out on the balcony, the ski resort was right there just like the pictures show. Really hated to leave! Plus, it was an easy walk to everything in beautiful downtown Breckenridge.
