2 bedroomed, 1 bathroom quad bungalow in Rojales Hills, situated centrally between Guardamar and Torrevieja. The property is tastefully decorated with quality furnishings throughout. It consists of an open living area (kitchen/diner/lounge), 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a family bathroom with shower over bath. There is also a sofa bed in the living area if required. To the exterior there is a driveway for 2 cars and a garden area to the front of the property where we have a bistro set to sit in the evening with a glass of wine to watch the sun go down behind the mountains.. There is an enclosed, completely private courtyard with sun blind for those hot sunny days , furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining and a large roof terrace with a pergoda for those who want shade , equipped with sun loungers, perfect for relaxing in the sun. There is a large swimming pool, with children's area which can be seen from the roof solarium.

We have uninterrupted views over the valley to elephant mountain which the sun sets behind.

The villa was excellent, very comfortable and

well equipped.The pool was beautifully clean

and the few people we met were helpful and friendly.Although it was very warm we hardly used the Air Con as the Fans were adequate and we loved having a sundowner on the roof terrace.

A very nice clean and well furnished property. More or less everything you need is there. Nice position but you would definately need a car. Nice walk to local restaurants and bars but quite an uphill walk back!! Would definately recommend and consider revisiting.

My only negative comment is that better directions are needed, it took us a long time to actually find the property, very frustrating after a long day travelling !!

Owner's Response: Really pleased you enjoyed your stay. So very sorry you found it hard to find. I do google the directions for every new guest. Perhaps in future I will have to contact each guest to make sure they understand the directions.

nice clean well kept villa

We had a great stay at this well equiped villa, lovely and quiet area. We had the pool to our selves. There are local bars but it's only 15 minutes walk to the bottom of the hill to all the bars and resteraunt.

A well placed villa for a quite and relaxing holiday.

Lovely villa in a great location.

We stayed in this lovely villa at the end of August and the weather was nice and hot! The villa is in a great location, it's only around a 10-15 mins drive to the beach and in walking distance of lots of excellent restaurants and supermarkets. The villa is a good size and has a lovely roof terrace, that was lovely to have bbq on in the evening and it also has a very handy optional covered patio area (The bbq did lack tools). The pool was good size and lovely & clean, but could have benefited from having sun-loungers down there as it only has concrete benches. I would highly recommend staying here as it was excellent value for money.

Fantastic Villa

What a fantastic villa, very well maintained and spotlessly clean. It is a perfect size and very well equipt. Everything you could want or need is here, everything has been very well thought through.

We spent a week here in peak season and yet the pool was our own on most days, again, it and the surrounds were spotless.

The waterpark round the corner was fab, perfect for families, and some lovely beaches a short drive away.

Would recommend hiring a car, if you want to go out and about, but there are a few nice restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Great house and nice place to rest

We had a great time from 02 July to 13 August.

The house was clean.

We have rented this house in the past but the work done to improve it are really good.

The patio with its awning to cover the hot weather is very convenient. The terrace is equipped with loungers for sunbathing in discretions. The shared pool is very large and just behind the house (chairs would be very significant because there in that cement benches).

We liked, park the car, the trailer and our bike 3 wheel inside the property.

The area is quiet and tranquil.

There to restaurants and shops around.

The beach is not far away but we prefer to go to Santa Pola which is about 16 km.

There is a salt lake not far away with lying beautiful sun.

Susan the owner is very responsive when needed and gives you all the necessary information.

Thank you for everything, we'll come back maybe next year.

Our villa is situated in the newly developed Rojales Hills area, which is approximately 10 minutes drive to both Guardamar, with its award winning beaches and Torrevieja town, which is well known for its shopping amenities cafes and local cuisine.

Quesada with the Arches at the village entrance is 10 minutes

walk and has supermarkets, cafes and bars.

Rojales is an old Spanish town sitting on the banks of the river Segura just 3-4 minutes walk. It boasts

many Spanish shops including Pharmacy and Medical centre,

Electrical goods shop. Museum, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

There are numerous street markets during the week.

Golf: There are several top golf courses situated within a 15 minute drive from the villa, these include Las Ramblas and Villa Martin, to name a few. The La Marquesa situated at Rojales is a nice 18 hole course which is only a 5 minute drive and is located within a spectacular natural valley and has excellent club house facilities.

AIR CONDITIONING in the lounge area. All rooms have ceiling fans. There are free standing electric heaters in the bedrooms and a gas heater in the living area for winter use. There is a pergola on the solarium for shade from the sun. The courtyard has a removable blind for those who want shade or part shade. There is a bistro set which we use in the front garden in the evenings to have a glass of wine and watch the sunset over the mountains.
