4 bedroom 1 1/2 bath waterfront cottage
About Joan Warren
We have been coming up to the Thousand Islands for over 20 years. It has always been our dream to have a home on the water up here and now our dream has come true! The love that we have for the area and the house is evident by the refurbishing and care that we have put into this home. We have added many amenities to try to make this a special place for not only ourselves, but for all of our guests. We are avid fishermen and will gladly guide our guests to local fishing spots. In addition, we have multiple children so we have made our home particularly kid friendly. At the same time, we have added a bar to the outside screen porch to make our home particularly adult friendly as well! We love Alex Bay. We love watching amazing the sunsets. We love the history of the grand splendor of the area. We will do whatever it takes to insure that our guests enjoy all of this as well.

Why Joan Warren chose Wellesley Island
Having traveled to this are for many many years we went on a search for the perfect property. We still cannot believe that we were able to purchase this waterfront property so very close to town! We were also shocked at the at the water- there is no grass and plenty of room on the recently refurbished docks for multiple boats or watercraft.
What makes this Cottage unique
Wonderful Location!!! The cottage's waterfront location allows beautiful water views from the kitchen, dining area, and master bedroom. It's northwestern exposure makes it ideal for enjoying the wonderful north country sunsets. The large screened in sitting area at the water's edge lets you continue your socializing well into the night.

Beautiful St. Lawrence River
This was a nice little house in a small bay off the St. Lawrence River. The view of the water was excellent, and the screened porch near the water was great. The next door neighbor was readily available for any issues that arise, which was both a pro and con of the unit. The next door neighbors are a bit closer than expected, so a bit less privacy than most of the other rentals we’ve done through VRBO (although none were St. Lawrence River). We didn’t have any issues with the neighbors (the next door neighbor is actually quite a nice guy, and is the summer caretaker for the property), but just be aware that the adjacent homes are close.
Camelot Cove Paradise
This property is a true gem. The location is prime, and the screened in porch is an added bonus. The owners are fantastic, the house is clean, and the area in general and the neighbors added to this amazing experience. It was so great we did not want to leave. It suited all our needs for our group, ages 9 - 92!
Nice place, nice people
Really nice place, great fishing too!
The home was perfect! Nice, comfortable and clean. The location was excellent. We had privacy on the bay but quickly had access to ABay and the great areas of the Thousand Islands. The fishing wasn't bad either. The owners and neighbors were awesome and made you feel at home. It could not of been more perfect. We will be returning!
What a beautiful place in a serene setting we found at Camelot Cove. We couldn't have asked for more. The home is very nicely decorated and impeccably kept. It's was roomy and comfortable. We enjoyed the screened in porch for meals and relaxation and the fire pit for Smores and dogs. There are beautiful views of the bay and a view of the main channel from the the dock. It was a pleasure working with the owners. They were very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay here very much and will be booking here again next year.
Great Cottage, Wonderful Setting, Great Views, Quiet, Well equipped
Camelot Cove is a wonderful cottage in a great location. The owners are very attentive and helpful and clearly dedicated to making sure everything is clean and well equipped. The location on Densmore Bay is a beautiful spot - the breeze blows directly down the bay (so even hot days are comfortable) and you can clearly see the main shipping channel from the screened in porch. The porch is fantastic! The dock is in great condition with ample space for 2-3 boats. Wave action from boat traffic is almost non-existent and minimal from wind. Really nice place!
Nothing can prepare you for the magnificent castles and other sights in the Alexandria Bay area. Both Bolt and Singer castles are only a very short car or boat ride away. They are a 'must see'!
