A beautiful 3 bedroomed house situated in a quiet street in the very heart of the old town of Antibes. The house is set on three floors with two large sweeping staircases. There are two double bedrooms one on the first floor and one on the second floor and a smaller bedroom with bunk beds also on the second floor. There are two bathrooms, one has bath/shower, basin and WC and is on the first floor. The other has a large walk-in shower, basin and WC and is on the ground floor. There is a utility room on the ground floor with sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. A well equipped kitchen on the first floor with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. A dining room / living room on the first floor equipped with Stereo and DVD player.

We can provide a cot, cot sheet, highchair and stair gates for families with small children.

Changeover day can be flexible.

A cleaning service is available during your stay if required at extra cost. Please speak to the property manager upon arrival or with the owner at the time of booking.

The house does not have have a balcony or terrace.

The apt is located 2mn walking from Place Nationale ( restaurants,shops, local crafts) ,one of the most animated of the old town, a 10 minutes walk to Musée Picasso (Palais Grimaldi) and sandy beaches...

Pedestrian zone is just down the street , you can find bakeries, 2 supermarkets, a drugstore ,restaurants, bars and various shops.

Underground parking 3mn...

Perfect holiday stay

The house is perfectly arranged for a family stay with all amenities. Fans in all the rooms were much appreciated as it was particularly warm during our stay ! Amazing location only footsteps away from lovely cafes, restaurants and shops and beach a 5 minute walk away. Extremely helpful communication with Hannah and her housekeeper on arrival and departure. A fab holiday :)

Perfect location, spacious & good communication.

This was a great property, right in the centre with all necessary amenities provided. The supermarket, cafe & restaurants are just minutes walk away, the beaches are clean and close. We travelled with three boys (15,14,10) who appreciated the wifi connection. The property is a good base to explore and we took the train to Cannes, Nice and Monaco. Upon arrival we chose to catch the train from St Augustine to Antibes, this was much cheaper (€11.20 single for us all) than the bus and faster. We googled directions and found it an easy 10-15 min walk even with two large wheelie cases and a back pack each. Correspondence with Hannah was great any questions were quickly answered, I would definitely stay again.

Antibes Holiday home

I stayed in the house for a week with my husband and 3 step children all in their 20's. The location was perfect as everything was within walking distance but there was a nearby underground carpark. It took us a little time to get our bearings but once we did we had a great time. The property has everything we needed including very comfortable beds and an excellent shower on the ground floor. The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of everything. Sound does tend to travel in a tall house without carpets and although the street outside was really too narrow for cars, the odd scooter and early morning street cleaning did tend to rouse us from our slumbers but we soon went back to sleep again. We loved Antibes which has excellent public transport links and some good beaches within easy walking distance. Masses of restaurants and bars and of course lots of bakeries and fantastic fresh fruit. It might get rather hot in the house later in the season although electric fans were available in the bedrooms.

Fabulous holiday!

We rented this house for 12 nights with our 2 children (18 and 20). We were able to book mid - week. This in itself was an absolute bonus, as travelling in France during August, and at the week-end, can be a nightmare with many "bouchons"! We have never stayed in a house which was so well equipped! There wasn't one item that you wouldn't have in your own home. It truly was home from home! The Wifi was also a real bonus, particularly with 2 grown-up children who were able to access Facebook everyday and post their Jet-ski photos!! We were also able to google the names of the "to die for" boats that were moored in the port, to see who owned them! So - good idea to take a lap-top if you are going to rent this house. Underground, secure car parking close by (approx 43 euros per week) was another bonus. The house was very well situated, amongst all the vibrancy of Antibes. There was so much to see and do, all in close proximity - Nice 30 mins. by car, Monaco 55 mins. by train (fantastically stress free!), Cannes and the beautiful Isle de Maguerite (highly recommended) only 20 mins. by car and the beach 10 mins walk. Hannah was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process of booking, and after we arrived. There was a small issue with the shower downstairs which she attended to immediately. We would recommend both the house and Antibes - a lovely holiday, beautiful weather and great accommodation!

French Charisma

This is the third year in a row we've stayed in this lovely property, a recommendation in itself. It's cosy, clean, well maintained with a fully equipped galley kitchen which we've enjoyed using to its full potential. The two bathrooms are extremely useful when house sharing and the utility room is well kitted out if you need such facilities during your stay.

Situated in the centre of the old town, the house is close to all the restaurants, bars and shops of old Antibes. The beach is a short walk away, as is the wonderful market which is full of fresh local produce, as well as arts and crafts in the evenings.

This is a superb location from which you can explore the area. The train station is easily accessible and it is very easy to travel to Nice, Cannes, Monaco, St Tropez etc., enabling you to make the most of enjoying this lovely part of the world.

Returning to this property is a pleasure and we would have no hesitation in recommending it to other visitors.
