Do you appreciate clean-lined architecture, distinctive interior design, and Denver’s beautiful cityscape? Then you’ll love this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath modern 1/2 duplex near the coveted lower highlands neighborhood—which is walking distance to many of Denver's main attractions including Bronco stadium, the Aquarium, Elitch Gardens Theme and Water Park, Children’s Museum of Denver, Confluence Park, and countless bars and restaurants. You definitely won't be disappointed with this Denver Vacation Rental.

The owners, both fans of great-looking spaces themselves, fell for this brand new (built October 2013), multi-level home the moment they saw It. After they bought the property, they got to work perfecting the interior design, and now can’t wait to share the finished product with their rental guests! The interior decor is second to none compared to other Denver Vacation Rentals.

One feature that separates this home from the rest: A third level Skyline master suite with a city view terrace. Sip an evening cocktail on the terrace’s low-profile outdoor furniture while admiring the expansive view of Denver’s sparkling skyline. You don’t have to go all the way downstairs to the kitchen to concoct the perfect libation—there is a wet bar directly in the suite, as well as a wine refrigerator to ensure that your drinks are the perfect temperature.

The Skyline suite’s walls are textured with Maharam wallpaper; its multifaceted sheen changes throughout the day. The room is outfitted with a king-sized bed in a memory foam mattress, four anti-allergy pillows, and high thread count sheets for the best sleep imaginable.

There is also a second master Suite, complete with a king-sized bed draped in the same luxury accouterments—memory foam mattress, four anti-allergy pillows, as well as high thread count sheets. The second master suite boasts a 42” Samsung flat screen television. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed with all of the same hotel quality linens and pillows as the aforementioned rooms.

For families, a Pack-n-play and high chair are provided and located in the Skyline Room closet. Additionally, we provide one high-chair located in the pantry room of the kitchen. If this is suitable for your child, the home sleeps 6 adults and one child.

Each bedroom suite contains its own attached bathroom with a Thunderhead high pressure rain shower head. The master bathroom features dual shower heads for an exceptionally luxurious experience.

Downstairs, an open floor plan offers a communal space for cooking, eating, and relaxing. Prepare a meal on white caesarstone counter tops and a gas cook top. The snow white and slate grey cabinets are stocked with small appliances, pots, pans, drinking glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs, utensils, and pantry essentials. High-end stainless steel appliances and a center island with bar stool seating make cooking a Dream.

When your meal preparation is finished, uncork the wine and sit down at the six person dining table lit by a metallic cylinder chandelier. The adjacent living area invites hours of conversation on plush furniture, and displays a 50” Flat-screen Tv, perfect for a relaxing evening in enjoying your favorite movie.

Throughout the home, you will enjoy handpicked details such as edison bulb light fixtures, original works of art, and a blend of contemporary concrete and metal accents accentuated by warm wood floors.

PARKING – Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles in our two car garage. It fits two medium sized Vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

This is a "SMOKE FREE" property. There is NO SMOKING allowed inside or on outside balconies.

We are two Denver professionals who, when we aren’t grinding away during the work week, are passionate about travel and have visited destinations all over the world. Throughout our extensive travels, we have discovered that we prefer a vacation rental over other types of accommodations—not only is this type of property unique, it provides more space and amenities for the money. From kid-friendly museums and aquariums to the country’s best ski resorts only a couple of hours away, Denver caters to all types of travelers, regardless of what activities they enjoy. To us, living in a city on the upswing was an obvious choice, and we couldn’t be happier to call Denver our home.

Outstanding beautiful perfect vacation home

I would highly recommend this beautiful city view rental..It has everything you need for a weekend or a whole week vacation..It'a a perfect location everything is within 5-15 mins away. This rental property is very cozy no matter what time of year you go. You will defiantly feel at home..It's also very spaceious if you go with a group and need some you time you won't have to worry about that at this

Cozy home base in Denver

We were visiting family and needed a place to stay for our family of four. Ryan was extremely accommodating for our little band of travelers. We had a crib set up at our request and a long list of recommendations waiting on us when we arrived. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. There is a garage, so if you don't want to shovel snow, you shouldn't need to! We were walking distance to the aquarium, which the kids loved. We were a short drive to downtown shopping and restaurants. The house is lovely and very modern for people looking for a hip spot without being too fussy for people with children. There is a beautiful view of the skyline from the master bedroom's patio on the third floor. We will absolutely be back!!

Beautiful apartment with easy access to downtown Denver and the interstates.

Beautiful modern, industrial style architecture and decorating featuring cozy beds and private bathrooms. Nice to have a laundry room with all of the amenities. Well appointed kitchen made it nice to eat-in when we wanted, especially since it was only a few minutes to the grocery store. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent from Ryan again.

Great place for family vacation

Stayed in Denver for a family reunion. The house was perfect for us. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom, plenty of privacy.The house was very clean and the location was great. Ryan kept in touch with us to make sure any questions we had were answered. I will stay again when I am in Denver.

Perfect place and location

Awesome location, the place was perfect !!!!! There was 3 of us traveling so the space was perfect. Very close to downtown and broncos stadium. Would definitely recommend to anyone .

This lavish property is perfectly located at the cross section of everything that is fun in Denver. It's only a five to ten minute walk to Bronco games at Sports Authority Stadium, the Aquarium, Elitch Gardens Theme and Water Park, Children’s Museum of Denver, Confluence Park, and the countless bars and restaurants of Lohi, Highlands, and Jefferson Park. The heart of downtown is a 20 minute walk. If you are not in the mood to walk, a taxi ride takes less than 5 minutes. Jefferson park is located two blocks away and has a children's playground, grill, bathrooms and plenty of room to relax, throw a frisbee or read a book. If you prefer to stay in, enjoy breathtaking city views of downtown Denver from the 3rd floor balcony while sipping wine or your drink of choice.

Denver B-cycle was the first large-scale municipal bike sharing system in the United States. They have dozens of special bike stations (B-stations) in downtown Denver as well as the Cherry Creek and Denver University neighborhoods. Denver B-cycle members can pick up one of the red bikes at any B-station and drop it off at any B-station. There’s a B-cycle station literally 1 block from our house at 23rd and Clay street. Confluence Park is a 5 minute bike ride and the heart of Denver’s 850 mile bike trail network, and is surrounded by attractions including REI’s Flagship Store, beaches, rivers, park, etc. Even if you don’t rent a bike, you should definitely go to Confluence Park.
