Do you appreciate clean-lined architecture, distinctive interior design, and Denver’s beautiful cityscape? Then you’ll love this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath modern 1/2 duplex near the coveted lower highlands neighborhood—which is walking distance to many of Denver's main attractions including Bronco stadium, the Aquarium, Elitch Gardens Theme and Water Park, Children’s Museum of Denver, Confluence Park, and countless bars and restaurants. You definitely won't be disappointed with this Denver Vacation Rental.

The owners, both fans of great-looking spaces themselves, fell for this brand new (built October 2013), multi-level home the moment they saw It. After they bought the property, they got to work perfecting the interior design, and now can’t wait to share the finished product with their rental guests! The interior decor is second to none compared to other Denver Vacation Rentals.

One feature that separates this home from the rest: A third level Skyline master suite with a city view terrace. Sip an evening cocktail on the terrace’s low-profile outdoor furniture while admiring the expansive view of Denver’s sparkling skyline. You don’t have to go all the way downstairs to the kitchen to concoct the perfect libation—there is a wet bar directly in the suite, as well as a wine refrigerator to ensure that your drinks are the perfect temperature.

The Skyline suite’s walls are textured with Maharam wallpaper; its multifaceted sheen changes throughout the day. The room is outfitted with a king-sized bed in a memory foam mattress, four anti-allergy pillows, and high thread count sheets for the best sleep imaginable.

There is also a second master Suite, complete with a king-sized bed draped in the same luxury accouterments—memory foam mattress, four anti-allergy pillows, as well as high thread count sheets. The second master suite boasts a 42” Samsung flat screen television. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed with all of the same hotel quality linens and pillows as the aforementioned rooms.

For families, a Pack-n-play and high chair are provided and located in the Skyline Room closet. Additionally, we provide one high-chair located in the pantry room of the kitchen. If this is suitable for your child, the home sleeps 6 adults and one child.

Each bedroom suite contains its own attached bathroom with a Thunderhead high pressure rain shower head. The master bathroom features dual shower heads for an exceptionally luxurious experience.

Downstairs, an open floor plan offers a communal space for cooking, eating, and relaxing. Prepare a meal on white caesarstone counter tops and a gas cook top. The snow white and slate grey cabinets are stocked with small appliances, pots, pans, drinking glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs, utensils, and pantry essentials. High-end stainless steel appliances and a center island with bar stool seating make cooking a Dream.

When your meal preparation is finished, uncork the wine and sit down at the six person dining table lit by a metallic cylinder chandelier. The adjacent living area invites hours of conversation on plush furniture, and displays a 50” Flat-screen Tv, perfect for a relaxing evening in enjoying your favorite movie.

Throughout the home, you will enjoy handpicked details such as edison bulb light fixtures, original works of art, and a blend of contemporary concrete and metal accents accentuated by warm wood floors.

PARKING – Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles in our two car garage. It fits two medium sized Vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

This is a "SMOKE FREE" property. There is NO SMOKING allowed inside or on outside balconies.

To us, living in a city on the upswing was an obvious choice, and we couldn’t be happier to call Denver our home.

Great refuge from a conference hotel

Stayed at this abode while attending a week-long conference at the Colorado Conference Center. Recruited two colleagues (friends) to also stay (3 bedrooms), and at the end of our hectic days at the meeting we found moments on the upper deck with a nice glass of scotch to process the day, look at the view of the city, and watch the lightening flash in the distance. We collectively saved about $4000, and that doesn't include the cost of food - we were able to eat breakfast and some dinners in the kitchen, saving the high cost of eating out. The place was clean and functional, and the owners were great in answering questions and providing receipts. There is a fantastic collection of eccentric dining establishments about a mile walk away, and this augmented the ambiance of staying out of the conference area. The Safeway (about 3/4 mile away) was a great place to stock up on food, however wine and liquor need to be purchased at other stores (a cab away). We used Uber a lot and average cost to the convention center was $7.99 per ride (UberX). We all agreed that it was restful, relaxing, and less expensive alternative to being cooped up in separate hotel rooms for a week. Two of us had our wives with us, and they enjoyed the museums and entertained their friends at the abode during the day. In summary, we would do it again - for sure. Great experience, and the memory foam beds were very comfy too!

Beautiful, Comfortable and Great location!

We were so happy with our stay at this beautifully decorated condo. The place is exactly as pictured but they left out how comfortable the beds and bedding were. The owners were wonderful to deal with. We want to book this for out next stay for sure.

This vrbo has the best location. Close to highways and downtown Denver. Super clean with comfy beds in all rooms. The owners were super responsive and hospitable. We loved this place and would book again if we came back to the area.

Perfect Location. Beautiful Condo. No detail left out.

We vacation in Denver multiple times a year as our daughter lives there. We have stayed in everything from hotels to large homes, but have determined that vacation rentals are what suits us best. This condo was absolutely perfect. It was meticulously clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The views were amazing. The upstairs loft, with its roll up door, was perfect for our family to sit out, enjoy the views of Denver, and relax. We couldn't recommend it more highly.

We really enjoyed our stay in Ryan's home, it was like staying in a 5 star hotel only much larger. The place is well stocked and the bedrooms are all very comfortable. Everyone loved the deck overlooking the city. We contacted Ryan a few times with some basic help regarding our stay in Denver and he always responded back very quickly. Looking forward to a return trip.

This lavish property is perfectly located at the cross section of everything that is fun in Denver. It's only a five to ten minute walk to Bronco games at Sports Authority Stadium, the Aquarium, Elitch Gardens Theme and Water Park, Children’s Museum of Denver, Confluence Park, and the countless bars and restaurants of Lohi, Highlands, and Jefferson Park. The heart of downtown is a 20 minute walk. If you are not in the mood to walk, a taxi ride takes less than 5 minutes. Jefferson park is located two blocks away and has a children's playground, grill, bathrooms and plenty of room to relax, throw a frisbee or read a book. If you prefer to stay in, enjoy breathtaking city views of downtown Denver from the 3rd floor balcony while sipping wine or your drink of choice.

Denver B-cycle was the first large-scale municipal bike sharing system in the United States. They have dozens of special bike stations (B-stations) in downtown Denver as well as the Cherry Creek and Denver University neighborhoods. Denver B-cycle members can pick up one of the red bikes at any B-station and drop it off at any B-station. There’s a B-cycle station literally 1 block from our house at 23rd and Clay street. Confluence Park is a 5 minute bike ride and the heart of Denver’s 850 mile bike trail network, and is surrounded by attractions including REI’s Flagship Store, beaches, rivers, park, etc. Even if you don’t rent a bike, you should definitely go to Confluence Park.
