Beautiful flowers, fields, trees, hammock! This is one of the best places we have ever stayed during our travels. Wonderfully built cabin. Rear decks are so relaxing; the beds are comfortable. The owners are very responsive, and care about this land. Hey, when I can wake up and have coffee while watching the deer walk by, I am in the right place. Beautifully decorates inside; and a well stocked kitchen.
Door County is home to five state parks, numerous county parks, public beaches and boat launches. There are also large tracts managed by the Nature Conservancy and the Door County Land Trust, most with great public access.
It has a vibrant arts community with numerous private galleries encompassing many mediums from sculpture to pottery.
Door County is also blessed with great local theater. America's oldest summer theater, Penninsula Players as well as Tap in Sturgeon Bay and the American Folklore Theater in Fish Creek. There is also plenty of free music in local parks and other small venues.
Shopping is a delight, nightlife and dining are great and there is water everywhere.
It's no wonder families return to us every year. It's a tradition!
We require a rental agreement accompanied by a deposit check for half the rental rate. Balance is due upon arrival.
