House with lovely pool and garden area a few minutes drive to Guadamar beach

This lovely villa is split into 3 levels. Level 1 comprises of a lounge with TV/DVD, 2 seater sofa bed and 3 seater sofa, dining area, cloak room & fully equipped kitchen. There is also a patio area to the front of the property with, table & chairs, sun loungers & access to the beautiful pool area. The rear garden has a table and chairs and off road parking. Level 2 has a master double bedroom with Juliette balcony & a view over the pool area. Also on level 2 is a family bathroom and 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds. The 2nd bedroom balcony gives access to the 3rd level. The 3rd level has a small utility room with a washing machine. and a flat roof solarium area with romantic views of local lakes and distant mountains. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned. WiFi available.

Pool side house in Quesada

We arrived at the house to find it spotless. It is well stocked with crockery and utensils. All electrical appliances were in good working order. Air conditioning in all bedrooms (worked very well!!!). Pool area was beautiful and very well maintained, quiet and peaceful even in

August! The area is lovely a couple of bars, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Quesada town is approx 20min walk. A car is an advantage to explore further a field particularly the beaches.

Communication with the owners was excellent they provided lots of useful information including directions from the airport. You will also find an extensive hand book in the property which is also very informative.

I would definately return to this property and will be recommending it to family and friends.

Our 3rd wedding anniversary

What more could you ask for, best apt we have stayed in, as we like our self catering there was everything we needed, people friendly, lots of info and maps about things to do, local supermarket, good bars and restraints, hairdressers, 20 min walk to larger supermarkets, local coach for trips would recommend going to benidorm as a first for us we really enjoyed the beaches and old town. Markets great and transfer only about 40 mins with local taxi defo go again

Fantastic property

This has to be one of the best places we have stayed in over the last few years. The property was spotless and well maintained. It has everything in it you need - cooking utensils, cool box, washing machine and books to name a few. The 3 pools that are a step out of the back gate are suitable for all ages/abilities. We didn't leave the beautiful pool and garden area very often because it was so relaxing. There is a small supermarket within walking distance or larger ones 5 mins drive away. There is a pub 5 mins walk away with free wi-fi, and the town with restaurants was a pleasant 20min stroll. The local water park was great, especially for families. Overall a fantasic place. Excellent communication from the owner, would definately recommend.

Relaxing Holiday in great accommodation

We had a great family holiday, accomodation was spotless - a home from home and the weather was fabulous. Young children must be supervised at the pool and a car is recommended to get out and about,. If you want a quiet, relaxing holiday this is the ideal place, hope to go back soon.

Excellent holiday

Had a wonderful holiday and the accommodation was excellent. Lovely situation and very clean. Overlooking pool area which was well maintained and attractive. A car would be an advantage but Quesada was not far to walk and had a selection of good restaurants.

Would highly recommend for a relaxing holiday.

Excellent April Holiday

My family and I have just spent a great 10 day Spring holiday at this accommodation.The facilities in the apartment are excellent. I would recommend car rental to get out and about to explore but there are plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars within walking distance.

The apartment is clean and comfortable, perfect for a quiet relaxing break. There are plenty of beaches and places of interest to visit and we would like to return to see more of the area

The house is situated on the plush private complex Dona Pepa in Ciudad Quesada located near to Guadamar Del Segura and Torrevieja both are famous for their beautiful beaches. For those who enjoy golf there is a prestigious golf club within a short distance and many more in the area. There are more leisure activities in the surrounding areas, cycling walking, wind surfing, sailing, Golf and many more. Why not visit one of the local nature reserves and watch the Flamingos and other wild life. A short walk will lead you to Quesada Village where there are restaurants and bars to suit every individual. For a relaxed yet entertaining family holiday this location is perfect. And for those who prefer the more lively entertainment it is a short distance into Torrevieja where you can be entertained to your hearts content.
