I was raised in the South so hospitality comes pretty natural to me. I have 2 other listings on VRBO and I love meeting new people! I am a licensed realtor and owner of a staging/design company so naturally I have enjoyed furnishing my rental properties. I am a huge Auburn fan and I love to kayak and paddleboard in my free time.

This property screamed 'charming' to me. It has original beadboard and 10 foot ceilings! It is cozy and the neighborhood was created by other houses that were actually 'saved' from demolition from the city back in 2000.
We enjoyed the house immensely. It was just the right accommodations for our family. Everything was perfect. We'll definitely be back.
Everything is clean and in its place. Perfect to explore Tampa & around.
Neighborhood is not the best and shiniest in this world. Don't walk around late at night. But we felt save all the way through our stay. Even the babycrib we asked for was there!
We had an awesome time in this place. We will come back!
A lot of useful items in house. House is very cute and well maintained. Very comfortable! I'm glad it had hair dryer, washer/dryer and iron. Did not have to use all, but glad they were included.
Darling bungalow in a sweet setting amongst other similarly styled homes. Easy walking distance to clubs, food, and cigars for those who appreciate them. a short walk brings one to the trolley, which gives easy access to the aquarium, Amalie Arena and downtown Tampa. This was my second stay in that part of town in 4 years and I'd go back, again.

My husband and I were at this place for 6 days. Everything was perfect except the beds. It was written in the overview that there was a king size and a full bed. It was not. In the master bedroom it was a queen bed that needed to be change and in the other room it was a double bed that was not better.
