Spacious immaculate well furnished home in older part of Santa Rosa ; convenient to downtown ; Montgomery Village and Monteceito shopping- even walkable
Well equipped kitchen ; perfect for our needs and v helpful owner
The home is beautiful and centrally located in downtown Santa Rosa in a quiet neighborhood. It's been decorated lovingly and is a warm space to relax while still being accessible to shops and restaurants. Carolyn was very responsive by email and text for questions throughout through weekend. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.
My family and I attended a wedding in the Santa Rosa area and this place was centrally located to where I needed to be. Close to uptown and venues. The place had everything we needed. The owner was very easy to work with. Definitely consider this place for your next stay.
We stayed in this lovely home while in the area for a wedding. The neighborhood is quiet with a nice market within walking distance. While the house is the primary residence of the owner, it is immaculate and completely comfortable and uncluttered for guests. Beds were comfortable with nice linens and towels, and everything we needed was on hand. The older adults enjoyed evenings sitting on the patio, and the young adults enjoyed the pool table and movies in the garage. Great place.
Spent a summer weekend here with my wife and another couple. Carolyn was easy to contact and gave good recommendations for the area. This is an older home with a odd layout, that has been modernized with all the latest accoutrements. The house doesn't feel like a rental home, more like your hip, super clean friend left you the keys to their awesome home. The kitchen is gorgeous and well stocked. The living room is furnished with big comfy couches you get lost in, a nice flat screen with all the cable channels and piano in case you want to tickle the ivories. The garage has been converted into a sort of man cave with another large TV, ping pong/ pool table and sweet posters of fast cars. Great little patio off the kitchen with a nice propane grill that works really well. The neighborhood seamed very nice, lots of people out walking their dogs and washing their cars. If you want a quiet weekend in a little home that feels like home, this place is perfect.
I booked this property to host my 40th birthday and bike nearby. The house was very well kept and spacious.
A great backyard off the kitchen for barbecuing and walking distance to some cafés.
The owner was very responsive to all my questions and accommodating our group.
